Arcadia #70 is one of our newest villas to be available in the community and features 5 generously sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 22 guests (plus 5 full bathrooms, too). Thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and entertainment in mind, this villa offers a well equipped space for groups of all ages to enjoy, relax, and play in the beautiful landscape of southern Utah!
Splash at the resort pool, hike in nearby Snow Canyon, or stay home and have game day in the expansive upstairs family room where you'll find an arcade, pool table, TV, and plenty of comfy sofa seating to accommodate the whole group. At night, light up the fire pit on the patio for some s'mores and take a seat in the hot tub to enjoy a southern Utah evening!
Arcadia #70 provides ideal accommodations for family reunions, vacations, group travel, retreats, sports teams, and other gatherings in southern Utah!
