If you dream to visit Genoa and then relax in a peaceful district, where time seems to be stopped, and breath the atmosphere of Italian daily life, this is the right place for you. From a small but distinctive little balcony you can enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the city.
Located only 15' from the centre and 20' from the Aquarium and the beaches, our apartment consists of 1 double bedroom plus a sofa bed, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with tub, kitchen / living room. Total beds are 5.
If you need a crib for kids please let us know and it will be a pleasure for us to prepare it.
The apartment, entirely at your disposal, offers a fully equipped kitchen with crockery and pots, towels, bed sheets, hairdryer, washing machine, iron. There's no air conditioning but ceiling fans in every bedroom even if it is not generally so hot in there.
Just in front of the house, in a private courtyard, a free private parking place is available.
Genoa is a city of ups and downs and we are on top of a nice hill over the city centre. The apartment is reachable by car but the last 50 meters are quite steep even if normally used by large car (SUV or van).
WIFI is included in the price.
We live a short distance and our schedules are variable so please let us know your needs and we will try to meet them.
In case you prefer being free to arrive when you like we can provide a self check-in service.
We speak English and French (and a little German).
I am a Licensed Tourist Guide, I know the city quite well and I can give you cultural tips, suggestions, and personalized and alternative itineraries in Genoa and Liguria.
Distances by car from the main attractions include:
15 minutes to the Brignole area, 20 minutes to the Aquarium, the Old Port Area, the Historical Centre, the beaches of Corso Italia or the ancient village of Boccadasse village.
30 minutes to the parks and the Museum of Nervi.
By public transport it takes a few more time but during the day bus runs are frequent (every 5/7 minutes) and an ultimate panoramic elevator, the first in Italy with a double-slope can shorten travel times (from 7am to 8pm on Sundays except Sundays) and allows you to reach shops and supermarkets in just a few minutes.
To reach public transport it is necessary to walk along a 50 metres steep road.
As I am a Licensed Tourist Guide and I know the city very well, I would be very happy to give you all the information you need together with cultural tips, suggestions, and personalized and alternative itineraries in Genoa and in Liguria.
