The apartment is located in an ancient two-storey Art Nouveau building and is completely renovated and furnished with elegance.

-The bathroom is not very large,but is well organized and fully equipped with everything you may need.

Castel Sant'Angelo: Located nearby, it can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It’s a pleasant walk along the Tiber River.

Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese: You can take the metro (Line A) from the Ottaviano or Lepanto stations, which will take you to Flaminio in just a 3 minutes. From there, you can explore Piazza del Popolo and continue to Villa Borghese.

Historic Center:
Prati is well-connected to the historic center.
In about 15 minutes will get you to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Campo de' Fiori. Additionally,
there are several bus stops that connect Prati to these areas.

Trastevere: To reach Trastevere, you can take a bus (like the 23 or 280) that will take you directly to this charming neighborhood.

Colosseum and Roman Forum: From Prati, you can take the metro (Line A) to Termini station, and then switch to Line B, which will take you directly to the Colosseum.

Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports: For the airports, you can take the train from Termini station or a shuttle bus, both of which are easily accessible from Prati.







Upon request I can provide a private transfer with driver and private car from the airport to the apartment for 60 euros.












Behaviour: Guests are expected to behave in a civil manner, in the respect of the whole building and neighborhood, avoiding loud noise, and any other behaviour which may disturb or damage.
No noise is allowed after 22 hr.
The property is destined only to the agreed people; nobody else has the right to be there.
