This condo is located in the heart of the golf course in Marina Vallarta. Everything is in walk-in distances such as Soriana Market, Starbucks, famous 8 Tostadas and Marina Vallarta Boardwalk.

This condo has been recently remodel into a 2 bedroom condo is in a second floor with many steps (good for excercise). Has basic utilities for cooking such a shower share with the two bedrooms. Fat TV, Wifi and A/C in each room of the house.

The condo has a large pool with a large palapa with view to the golf course
