The One Bedroom Master Residence offers 800sqf with all of the comforts and amenities of a full size condominium including including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dining room table, a gas fireplace, a large living room area and private balcony.

The room includes a king bed in the master bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room and sleeps up to 4.

Best location in Breck, most comfy sleeper sofa.

The unit is wonderful it had the most comfortable sleeper sofa A+. It is the best location in Breck if you are into great skiing and relax. We will be back!!

Breck Grand 7 stay

We really enjoyed the location at Grand 7! It was an easy walk from the condo to the lockers to the slopes in the AM, at lunch, and coming in for the day. We liked the double head shower as well! Underground heated parking was great, especially during our stay as we received so much snow. Overall, Grand 7 is the place to stay if you are trying to maximize your time on the slopes.
