Beautiful Disney Retreat - 3 Bed / 2 Bath

Be our guest at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo just minutes from Disneyworld parks and attractions located at the amazing Windsor Hills Resort!

Enjoy Master bedroom with King bed and full bath, second bedroom with Queen bed, and third bedroom cutely adorned with Mickey decor and 2 twin beds! Additionally features a second full bath, full kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony.

Fully furnished and equipped with appliances. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (both pod and traditional), and toaster. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Unit has full size washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. Linens and towels provided.

As our guest, you will enjoy the amazing amenities that Windsor Hills has to offer; Resort style pool, water slides, brand new water park, hot tub, sundry shop, movie theater, playgrounds, picnic areas, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, a putting green and more!

24hour gated community

Like all vacation rentals, our home is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing paper goods and other personal items for their use. We do offer the following supplies for our guest's convenience:

• One toilet paper roll per bathroom
• One small bar of soap per bathroom
• One roll of paper towels
• Liquid hand soap per bathroom
• Liquid dish soap
• Two dishwasher detergent tabs
• Laundry detergent
• Garbage bags

Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable food items and spices will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations.

We came to enjoy a nice week away on our kids Fall break. We had a blast. The furnishings and overall feel was wonderful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. In fact we had trouble getting into the building (turns out we were at the wrong unit) but we got ahold of the owner within 5 minutes. She was gracious and understanding.
