This updated three bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor condominium is located in the ideal gated five-star Windsor de Hills resort set away from the main road (and traffic) yet only two miles to Disney. It provides all the necessities for a fun and relaxing getaway. Featuring new furniture in the twin room in 2023, kitchen and bathroom overhaul during the fall of 2020 and new furniture in the family, dining and master bedroom in 2018! The 4 flat screen TVs and DVD player provide entertainment after a long day at the parks. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as full-sized washer and dryer (new 2022)!

Just a block walk away, the resort boasts their walk-in pool with NEW WATER SLIDES and SPLASH PAD. The extensive playgrounds are fully fenced providing a safe place for children. There are also ping pong and pool tables, workout facility, game room, movie theatre and so much more! We are located only a short walk from the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, putting green, grills and picnic tables as well as over-sized parking. We are very kid friendly with a pack n play, high chair and strollers plus a bed rail in unit for your use!

Prior to your arrival, a Starter Kit will be placed in the home for your convenience. The kit includes: a sponge, a dishwasher tab, a trial size soap, 1 laundry detergent, 1 bath soap and toilet paper roll per bath and 1 garbage bag. Note: USPS will not deliver to Windsor Hills. FedEx and UPS deliveries are allowed. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Air conditioner must be set at 70 or greater to prevent the unit from freezing. Bring your washcloths - none will be provided due to sanitary concerns.

There was mold on the shower ceiling and ants in the bathroom and dining room. The water park closed at 6pm so hard to do Disney and that, we do understand there is a month based time frame, would have been nice for spring break though to be able to use it after being at the parks. There was a very bad smell which we had to open the doors to get rid of, it was a musty and overwhelming.

Wonderful stay

Clean, updated property with everything you need to make a wonderful vacation. Owners had lots of amenities from pickleball paddles to folding chairs and much, much more. Great communication - would definitely stay here again !

Pros: 1. The condo was spacious and recently renovated, with comfortable furniture and bedrooms.2. It had great air-conditioning.Cons: 1. Check-in was a nightmare. First of all, there were no instructions about checking in with a guard at the gate. There was a 45 minute long line of cars waiting to even get to the gate and by the time we finally got to there, we discovered we were in the wrong lane. There were no instructions about being in the left lane, so we were in the right lane. The guard made us go back to the end of the line so that we could be in the proper lane in order to check in. After an hour and a half waiting, we were finally able to get through the gate. Suffice it to say that after flying for six hours to get to Orlando in the first place and then spending another 1.5 hours just to check in, we were not happy. This could’ve been rectified with two simple sentences in the check instructions.2. The condo is on the second floor, so you have neighbors above and below you. It was not quiet.3. The description states that the condo is six minutes from Disney. There is no possible way this is true. The fastest we were able to get to Disney on any given day with zero traffic was 15 minutes.4. The condo had a smell. It was kind of a musty/cigarette/covered up with air freshener smell.5. They’re very cheap in providing necessities like TP, soap, etc. We didn’t pack any of that so we had to go buy it. I have never had so little provided at any VRBO in 15 years.

Loved our stay here. Condo is well stocked with what you need. The community is awesome as well with a great pool and splash pad. Playgrounds to play on for any rest days. Stayed with our 3 kids (10/8/4) all were comfy and the stroller was a lifesaver.

Great property to stay with children of different age groups. Resort had daily activities and the pool was amazing. Location was perfect for the different amusement parks. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

My parents are the true owners of this wonderful unit and they frequent the property. My husband, 2 kiddos (13 and 10) and I join them about twice a year for some family fun.

Why they chose this property

This property has a wonderful location and a kid friendly resort. Of course, Disney World was the main draw for the grandparents and grandkids alike! We love being offset from the traffic but close enough to pick up groceries on our way. (Order online at Walmart and pick up -- easy!)

What makes this property unique

We provide our littlest guests with a pack n play, high chair, stroller and bed rail to make their stay (as well as Mom and Dads) more enjoyable!
