Charming terraced house, 50m2, typical of the Costa Blanca, ideally located in the urbanization of MONTE-GOLF FASE VIII - VILLARMARTIN - in ORIHUELA COSTA, 200m from the 2 non-supervised swimming pools , in a quiet area, close to three famous golf courses of VILLAMARTIN, Campo Amor, Las Ramblas
Welcoming house, soberly furnished and very comfortable, with two bedrooms and bathroom with Italian shower, open kitchen overlooking the living-dining room. All perfectly equipped with air conditioning.
On the front and the rear is two garden terraces. The front of the house has a shady awning. Rooftop solarium with all the garden equipment and barbecue.
Unheated swimming pools can only be used from April to the end of October or November depending on the weather.
THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING FEE (70€) AND SUPPLY + WASHING LINEN/ HOUSE LINEN (20€) ARE TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH TO THE HOUSEKEEPER. ELECTRICITY AND WATER CHARGES WILL BE PAID TO THE HOUSEKEEPER IN CASH ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, AMOUNT DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION ON METERS READING.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: 11 DAYS

The beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca are 4 and 5 km from the house. The city of Torrevieja is 12 kms. Do not miss the heart of Villamartin with its many restaurants and entertainment. Supermarkets are close to the rental (5 to 10 minutes walk), not to mention many regional markets in the area, and one of the largest shopping centers in Europe called La Zénia to see absolutely!
Tourism: Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, the nature park of La Matta, the salt of Torrevieja and hiking in the surrounding Sierras and their villages. Sun and heat guaranteed nearly all year.

Check in was easy and efficient with the hosts rep. Apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well equipped but does lack light and air as it doesn’t have a window.

Perfect apartment

This by far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in Catherine has thought of EVERYTHING that you could possibly need even down to needle and cotton! It is so clean and tidy everything is labled on the draws so it’s easy for you to find,the housekeeper is so welcoming and helpful explains everything within the apartment,not far from the town we will be definitely returning asap can’t recommend enough thank you for a perfect holiday.

Home from home

Very nice single storey house. Extremely well equipped with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Nice large screen tv with plenty of channels. Very fast reliable broadband. I was very pleased with this property and would defiantly book again. A car is needed but they are cheap to rent. Wir hatten am späten Abend Schwierigkeiten die richtige Sraße zu finden,wegen der Phasen.Alles andere war bestens. Das Haus istsehr schön ausgesrattet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch viel mehr.Die 3 sehr gut möbelierten Terassen boten uns immer einen Platz an der Sonne, wenn sie schien.Leider war es für uns etwas schwieerig mal einen Spaziergag zu machen, weil für uns (77 und 83 Jahre) die Wege rund um das Haus einfach zu stei waren.Dafür ist es in der Stasse recht ruhig.Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten z. B. mit dem Fernseher oder dem modernen Herd war Tiffi, die gute Seele des Hauses, immer zur Stelle, um zu helfen.Wir bedanken und bei Familie Gross und bei Tiffi für die wunderschone Zeit.

Perfektes Ferienhaus…

Eine super Unterkunft. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderbar, es ist absolut alles vorhanden was man sich nur denken kann. Und vor allem sehr sauber. Super Lage sehr ruhig und naheliegend an alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants). Die Dachterrasse ist das kleine Highlight der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist größer als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. War sehr positiv überrascht darüber. Vielen dank Catherine die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell. Und danke an Tiffany für die einfache und schnelle übergaben der Schlüssel. Ich werde das Haus für den nächsten Urlaub wieder buchen.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Sogar nach der Ankunft sind wir angerufen worden und gefragt worden ob alles in Ordnung ist. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Bei Ankunft sind wir von der sehr netten Verwalterin zur schlüsselübergabe empfangen worden. Der große Pool war auch sehr gepflegt. Die Lage setzt voraus das man mit dem Auto kommt. Ansonsten war er es in direkter Umgebung sehr ruhig und wir haben es genossen. Auch zur Abreise und der Abrechnung für Strom und Wasser war alles bestens. Wir haben uns fast ein wenig Zuhause gefühlt. Preis Leistung hat gestimmt.

Liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, das Haus hält was es verspricht. Die Hausbetreuung war sehr gut. Einzig die Müllsituation ca 50 m vom Hause war schrecklich.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus

Das Haus ist top mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Vermutstropfen ist das im Süden Europas Vorkommen von vereinzelten Kakerlaken, die bedingt durch das anscheinende Nichtstun der Stadt/Kommune verursacht sind. D.h. die Stopfen und Überläufe der Dusche und des Waschbeckens sowie der Spüle müssen nach Benutzung sofort verschlossen werden, damit keine Kakerlaken durch die Abflüsse ins Bad oder die Küche herienkommen können. Eine der 3 Klimanalagen im 2 Bettzimmer verursachte einen unangenehmen Geruch, sodass wir diese ausgeschaltet haben. Die Vorbewohner des Hauses haben anscheinend das Geschirr mit der Hand gespült, sodass Tassen, Teller und Besteck vor der Benutzung gereinigt werden mussten. Die Entfernung zum schönen großen Gemeinschaftspool ist nicht von Vorteil für Menschen, die nicht topfit sind.

Guten Tag Vielen Dank, ich habe Ihre Kommentare In der Tat ist das Problem der Kakerlaken in Südspanien wiederkehrend, wenn es heiß ist wie in diesem Jahr Ich werde die Haushälterin bitten, wachsamer über den Zustand des Geschirrs zu sein, es ist wahr, dass die Kunden ... ab sofort die Handwäsche bevorzugen. Als ich selbst in Villarmatin derzeit werde ich eine Reinigung des Twin Bedroom Split anfordern mit herzlichen Grüßen Catherine Gros

Fantastic house

Wonderful house . We stayed here for 5 weeks Lovely and clean , fantastic roof terrace with comfortable furniture , great to sit out in the evenings The kitchen was really well equipped ( made a birthday cake because there were numerous cake tins ! ) We have stayed in Villamartín many times over the last few years visiting family nearby so although the area is hilly ,it suited us as we were close to our friends and family Thank you Catherine we have had a wonderful stay , hope to return again

Why they chose this property

My husband and I spent nice summer holiday in 2015 in Torrevejia to visit costa blance. We appreciated very well this area and we decided to invest in this small house, to spend holiday and later when we will retired to spend 3 or 4 months in the year. This house is the reflect of us, it is full of our personnality. The house is friendly and welcoming as us. I hope that you will appreciate to spend your holiday in our house, and in this nice area.

What makes this property unique

The neightbour of the house is very quiet, even if we are not very far from the beaches (4km). The 2 swimming pools of the community give us a lot of pleasure during the summer (specially in the morning or at the end of the afternoon, after spending the day to visit the area). They are not heaten and no surview guard.
