Résidence calme est très bien située

Nous étions présents pour les championnats de France à la piscine. L’emplacement a été idéal par rapport à ce lieu. L’accueil a été parfait La résidence est très calme le petit plus c’est l’épicerie et la boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble. Très bon sejoir.

Décevant !

Nous avons été déçus par cette location. En effet, il y a plus de points négatifs que positifs. L'impression générale de cet appartement est que la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. De plus, l'alèse et le matelas du lit de la chambre étaient tâchés..sans parler du range couverts et du four qui n'avait pas été nettoyé. A cela s'ajoutent : un volet de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, un détecteur de fumée absent, du liquide rinçage lave vaisselle manquant, une climatisation très bruyante (à savoir qu'il fait très chaud dans cet appartement car vous ne pourrez pas faire de courant d'air). A notre avis, il manque au moins un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain, un verre à dent. Les points positifs sont à noter : les rangements sont nombreux, beaucoup de cintres à disposition. L'appartement est calme est bien situé (à quelques minutes seulement à pied de la place de la Comédie). Notons également que le parking (en option à 40 €) est appréciable, toutefois il ne faudra pas que vous ayez un trop grand véhicule, la manoeuvre est assez difficile pour entrer dans le box. Nous trouvons que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas juste et il est certain que nous ne relouerons pas cette location.

Bel appart en plein coeur de Montpellier

Nous avons réservé cette location en pleines vacances d'été. Cet appart est tres bien situé dans Montpellier, à côté de la place comédie et en plein coeur du quartier d'Antigone, à côté de nombreux commerces et centre commercial. L'appart en lui même est sympa avec un séjour cosy avec petit cuisine semi ouverte sur le salon (passe plat) et une petit terrasse. Une chambre confortable avec salle de bain attenante. Seul gros point négatif : l'appartement est annoncé comme climatisé mais ce n'est pas le cas. En effet, une climatisation mobile est a disposition dans la chambre mais celle ci fait beaucoup de bruit ce qui n'est pas tres appreciable pour bien dormir et elle rafrachit donc exclusivement et partiellement la chambre. Si on essayait de laisser la porte ouverte pour en profiter dans le reste de l'appartement cela était inutile. La climatisation mobile étant faite pour maximum 23m2 et non pas la superficie totale de l'appart. Ceci était vraiment préjudiciable car l'appartement est situé plein Est (soleil levant) donc il faisait atrocement chaud la journée mais egalement la nuit car en plein mois de juillet il fait tres chaud a Montpellier et il n'est pas possible, vu la disposition des fenêtres, de faire aeration ou courant d'air. De plus, nous étions un couple avec un bébé d'un an et demi donc on a tous beaucoup souffert de la chaleur. Sinon, Ascenseur accessible pour ce 6eme etage ce qui est tres agréable. Nous avions pris l'option garage situé au sous sol de l'immeuble et avec acces direct par l'ascenseur. Le garage est fermé et sécurisé. Nous avons donc passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement malgré la chaleur. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet appart pour un couple avec des enfants en plein été mais pour un jeune couple en mi saison, celui ci est parfait.
