Lovely Loft

The loft is conveniently located near the train station, transit system, across from a museum, and a block to the old town. The loft was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. It was nice to be able to open the French doors. The bedsheets & towels had a mild smoke smell, but we are not sure if this is common in France.

Bien placé

Appartement très bien situé ., convient pour 2 personnes et non 4 car le canapé d’appoint n’est vraiment pas confortable…la propreté de la cuisine était moyenne mais tout ceci nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour dans cette superbe ville .

Excelente Prestation. The Place to Be

Superbe appartement parfaitement placé à 2 Minute de la Gare, 5 des commerces et de la Place de la Comédie du Quartier piéton Écusson. Cuisine parfaitement équipée, literie de très bonne qualité, propriétaire à l'écoute et arrangeant. Nous louerons à nouveau cet endroit avec un grand plaisir.

Location close to everything

This is a beautifully designed loft apartment with an extremely comfortable bed, almost directly in front of the central train station in the city, the Gare St Roch. Each of the two levels has its own fireplace heater, and the oversized living room windows overlook a park across the street with sculptures and a café. Kevin has outfitted the kitchen with all of the dishes and appliances, large and small (except a kettle?), that you need to feel perfectly at home. As a host, he makes a beautiful space even more beautiful with his attention to calming, meditative decor. He also prepares a sheet of detailed instructions, so that you have everything you need all in one place. He is always available by text to answer any questions that you might have. The Wi-Fi is also excellent. Do make sure you have Wi-Fi access while en route, in order to receive your key codes. At any time, you can stand on your balcony and watch all of the activities of the front of the station with the trams right below you in the street. It is a memorable and enjoyable place.
