It is a small detached house of 42 m2 comprising an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a bedroom with a shower room (sink and shower), a separate toilet; it has a private terrace and a car parking space.
This 42 m2 house, on a 13,000 m2 plot, has been completely renovated. It consists of an equipped kitchen (sink, fridge-freezer, hob, coffee maker, microwave combination oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, cutlery and plates and pots and pans), a lounge -dining room (air-conditioned) with table, chairs, sideboard and a convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a 2.4 m wide full height cupboard and a desk, a bathroom (shower and sink) ). It is equipped with electric shutters.
It is located in the town of Aix en Provence, 5 km from the rotunda (downtown Aix).
The house is located 300 meters from the bus stop 230 which goes to the city center

A lovely little house in a beautiful setting

This charming house makes a wonderful base for visiting Aix and surrounding areas or for simply relaxing. It is well-designed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. When weather allowed, we loved spending time on the terrace. Many thanks to Pascal and Brigitte, who were gracious and thoughtful hosts.

Delightful, tranquil house set in beautiful grounds.

We loved staying here and even extended our stay! The little house is situated in the grounds of the owner’s wonderful home. We really appreciated the tranquility and the views over the fields, the terrace outside is perfect for enjoying the sunset. Everything is immaculate inside with a very comfy bed and good shower. Pascal and Brigitte are very good hosts, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hoping we will return soon.

Toller Rückzugsort

Das Haus ist ein wirklich ideal! Es hat alles was man braucht, ist lichtdurchflutet und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Wir wollten in den drei Wochen unseres Urlaubes einen strammen Plan an Besichtigungen abarbeiten, haben dann aber sehr oft einfach nur gechillt und gelesen. Die große Terrasse, die sonnige und schattige Plätze hat, bietet einen tollen Waldblick und Sonnenuntergänge. Man ist gänzlich ungestört und abgeschieden und dennoch in ca. 15 min mit dem Auto in Aix. Man kann sogar mit dem Bus dorthin, weil eine Haltestelle nicht weit entfernt ist. Also ein perfekter Rückzugsort/Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf liegt Richtung Eguilles, falls man nicht ins große Getümmel möchte. Man hat also alles, was man braucht. Darüberhinaus ist der Vermieter unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Urlaub abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tranquil private country provencal cottage

Just outside the city limits of Aix en Provence, this property gave easy car and/or bus access to Aix for shopping. Always lovely to come back to the country after visiting Aix or other southern destinations. Always a cool inviting breeze on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Pascal and Brigitte were great hosts.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben die Tage in dem Ferienhaus auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Leider ist der Weg in die Anliegerstrasse holprig und voller Schlaglöcher.

A wonderful place to stay for traveling in Provence

A very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. The location is very good, the house is very convenient with all needed facilities. The owner is a very nice person, responding quickly to every need. Petite maison située sur une belle propriété. L'intérieur de la maison est agréable et refait avec bon goût. La terrasse est située le long d'un champ sans vis à vis avec un chêne qui donne de l'ombrage. Propriétaires discrets et accueillants. Le chemin d'accès entre la route principale et la maison est a prendre avec précaution car beaucoup de "nids de poule.

Lugar tranquilo y casita muy bien conservada y bien equipada para pasar unos días tranquilos. Está dentro de una finca al lado de otra casa mucho más grande así que hay privacidad pero no es una casa aislada. Como ubicación está muy bien situada para explorar toda la zona del Louberon.
