About this property

Charming apartment in the heart of the city in Aix-en-Provence.

Bright two-room apartment 40 m2 completely renovated for 1 to 4 people. Very well equipped independent kitchen.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city of Aix en Provence.
Very close to the Town Hall, in a pedestrian street.
Every day a small vegetable market within 5 minutes on foot and 3 times a week a large vegetable, clothing and 'flea' market, always within 5 minutes on foot.

There are also many restaurants, casual or gourmet, nearby.
You will also find, a little further down our street, a grocery store if you prefer to cook.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you may need, appliances (hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwasher).

We are classified 2 * Furnished Tourism by the Prefecture of Bouches du Rhône.
You will find us on the website of the Aix en Provence Tourist Office ad 402731

What a lovely apartment - clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed in an amazing location just off the Place de l’Hotel de Ville and the daily fruit and vegetable market in Place Richelme. Fanny and Sonia were quick to respond to questions. Good shopping all around, and lots of restaurants.

The location was perfect - just step out your door to enjoy restaurants and shopping and a quick walk to Cours Mirabeau. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

A Wonderful Stay…

I have fallen in love with Aix-en-Provence; simply a perfect place for me to be! My apartment was charming and the location was minutes from the Hotel de Ville and the glorious markets. Fanny and Jean were the consummate hosts and we spent some lovely time together.

Fanny's apartment in Aix-en-Provence is great in all ways. A super location in a great town, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is present. Close to everything

This was an excellent location for our stay in Aix. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed shopping at the markets, which were very close by. Lovely apartment in a great location. Excellent communication with the owner. It was our error, we had assumed that “parking available” meant we had a designated parking space but this is not the case. There is an underground car park very near the apartment though.
