Gorgeous 3 bedroom 106 sqm apartment on the 1st floor without elevator in a beautiful mansion . The apartment consists of:

  • an entrance with closet,
  • large living area with two sofas, coffee table, cabinet, HDTV, DVD, Ipod speaker , an internet connection. Two windows overlooking courtyard .
  • a dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs. Nice Decoration.
  • an open living room and kitchen : a fridge , freezer , hob , microwave oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer , a coffee maker, kettle, toaster , dishes accordingly and utensils.
  • The first large room : 2 singles beds, bedside tables . Window overlooking a courtyard.
  • A first bathroom connected to the first room with shower and WC
  • Bedroom # 2 with a bed of 140 x 200cm, bedside tables . Window overlooking a quiet street.
  • 2d connected bathroom with shower
  • Bedroom # 3 with a bed 140 * 200 , bedside tables . Window overlooking a quiet street.
  • A third bathroom with a shower
  • a second separate toilet with washbasin.

The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Wonderful spot in the 1st

This was a gem of an apt. Located in the 1st, we were 15 mins walking from many of our stops and close to the Metro as well. Wonderful appt that is perfectly appointed. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend! We were a family of 5, with 3 teens and we were all so happy to use this home as our pied a terre in Paris.

Close to Louvre and Notre Dame. Hot in Summer

The online listing was a little nicer than how we found it. And communication on deposit seemed a little misaligned. The unit was a little steamy for a mid June visit (for no A/C) and with a fan broken - we were balancing moving fans around to sleep. Trying to prop windows open at night isn’t feasible due to street night partygoers. So, that made it difficult, unpleasant.Another CON, we found the particular deposit (2000 euro) to be very steep for this property - there’s not that much to damage as it’s mostly outfitted with IKEA furniture.PROS - The unit is very safe and proximity is very hard to beat. Access to the market (right down the street), multiple nice cafes and tourist attractions was perfect! In the end, the place is nice and location is fantastic but for the we paid, we had higher expectations.

Spacious Flat - Perfect for Families

Great Stay in the Heart of Paris

Our group of five (two parents, two adult children, and a boyfriend) had a great stay at the Bourbon property. The three-bedroom setup worked well — each room had a shower and sink, and the master had the only private toilet. The others shared one, which was a little unusual but manageable.The common area was perfect for relaxing before heading out or winding down at night. The kitchen was equipped, but we only used the wine opener. Supplies were limited to trash bags and dishwasher pods, so plan accordingly. A full grocery store just 100 feet away made it easy to stock up on essentials.The location is amazing — walkable to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and many food options. The Metro is a block or two away, which made getting to Normandy and the Loire Valley easy.One downside: the windows to the interior courtyard were painted shut. Fortunately, the bedrooms had working windows and fans, which helped with airflow. It was comfortable in the mild spring weather, but might be warm in summer (AC is rare in Paris).Check-in was smooth, the unit was clean and well-kept, and the beds were very comfortable. The building has multiple street entrances and a fun bonus: we heard Coco Chanel may have once lived there — you’ll see little “Number 5” motifs in the bannister!We’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Clean, quiet apartment with a convenient right bank location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was more than adequate in size for our party of 6. The location is excellent- in a quiet area, but near the Rue Rivoli. Easy access to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Marais and the left bank. Would certainly stay there again.

A perfect choice for a Paris holiday

Overall, this property has everything you need! I stayed with my spouse, daughter & mom; therefore, having 3 bedrooms was perfect! Lots of privacy and a chance for everyone have have some downtime.The property is just as listed - very clean and spacious. Other important attributes: the bathrooms were modern and the water was hot! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked to be able to cook - plus a small grocery across the street! The location is very central so that you can either walk or take the metro everywhere you want to go. Note: the supplies were well stocked and we only had to purchase hand soap. Overall, a perfect choice!

Beautiful Accommodation in a Great Location

This is a stylish,very quiet apartment that is within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Les Halles. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. The management was very responsive. Romain, who met us was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and very helpful. We liked the layout, as there are 2 bedrooms on one side and one bedroom on the other side of the apartment. As grandparents, we had our own separate bedroom bathroom away from the kids and grandkids. Only two issues we think a prospective resident should know. First, there's no AC, which wasn't an issue for the weather when we were in Paris. But the living room windows don't open. Only the bedroom and one bath windows open for a breeze. Lots of fans, but that might not work for everyone. Second, no one ever "lived" in this unit. It's corporate owned. We (Americans) are accustomed to renting a family's vacation home in which there are all the usual amenities. Here, we were offered a 25E soap basket for purchase. Following advice here, we brought our own and bought anything else we needed from the grocery store. However, no paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, were provided, and there wasn't enough toilet paper provided for our stay. Again, we bought stuff at the grocery store. Finally, it was weird that there was absolutely no shelf or any other place to put a bar of soap or a bottle of body wash or shampoo in the shower we used. Clear that no owner ever stayed here.

Great Family Stay!

We were a party of six adults, from 25-65, and loved the flat. Plenty of space for all, location was near many great sights, and cafes and bars were abundant in the area. We never walked more than 20 minutes and needed the metro for only the Eiffel and the Catacombs. This was a very important aspect for us. The young adults in our party were very happy with the night scene just a block or so away near Les Halles, and a grocery was on our block. The kitchen had all the necessities, although not overly equipped, but we only had light breakfast food and snacks in the evening before going out. We also had a regular homeless crew on our street, but quickly learned to use the other entryway into the courtyard. Always felt safe regardless. Last thing to note was tthat although all 3 BRs had ensuite showers, only the master had an ensuite toilet facility. The other two bedrooms shared a toilet in the hall just outside their doors. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent stay, Great communication

We were happy with our stay the Bourbons apartment. Three adult friends, each had our own spacious bedroom and shower. Beds were comfortable and closets were large. The kitchen was well equipped overall, and we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine - and multiple other coffee makers if you'd prefer another type. The kitchen has been updated. The baths have also been renovated and are very nice. The furnishings overall are a bit used, but still comfortable. Communication with the property manager was five-star, our check in process was terrific (shout out to Romain who checked us in - a medical student! with excellent English and cheerful disposition). After check out our deposit was immediately refunded. Property location is in close proximity to Louvre, Notre Dame, many fine restaurants and all of the great offerings of Les Halles and the 1st. Only (slight) negative that I'll mention is that the street sometimes had some (homeless?) people near the entry to our property and also at the intersection a half block away, I think there is a social services building on the same street as the property's entry. We never had a problem with any individual but I thought it was worth mentioning as we definitely took some extra care when coming and going. The building's exterior and courtyard are very charming. Lighting could have been better, but adequate when arriving at night. All in all, we enjoyed the spacious apartment, and would stay again.

Great location near the Seine

This is a great location from which to see the sights of central Paris. The apartment is in a busy area near Les Halles, but very quiet in the interior rooms in the evening. It definitely is in a central city environment, with all that entails, but it is part of the experience.

A wonderful location and lovely apartment

Check in was very accommodating to our early arrival. The orientation to the apartment was excellent. There are amenities near the apartment that make it very convenient not only to the museums, metro, and other sights, including a market across the street and a bakery less than a block away. Excellent stay!

Lovely stay but things too know…

The location cannot be beat. The building itself is gorgeous. The apartment is spacious, updated and beautiful. I would stay here again but would have liked to know the following: The listing makes it seems like there are three full bathrooms, there are not. There is a full bathroom with shower off the master, then the other two bedrooms have a shower room with sink, but must share a toilet room in the hallway. Something to know. I wanted each room to have their own toilet. If you plan to cook you will be disappointed with the supplies, very minimal. The towels/linens are not generous (bathroom and kitchen both). The master bed is two single futons pushed together so there is a big gap down the center, the bed wasn’t necessarily uncomfortable but this center divot may annoy someone. They charge you for being nosy but we found the neighbors the ones who were nosy so we were constantly worried we would get blamed for it as windows are all open in the building and you can’t really tell where the noise is coming from. Not sure how they would blame you for noise? If you message the host on the VRBO app it will not be swift, they will take a day to answer you. Also do not bother with their 38E toiletries, they are so small and not enough for everyone. Just go to the Supermarche across the street for much bigger sizes and less money. Other than all that it was a fine stay.

Amazing Location

The apartment is in a fantastic location in a charming historic building. The very close proximity to the Chatelet/Les Halles metro station gives you easy access to the whole city. Plenty of shops and cafes within a short walk and there is even a small grocery half a block away. The apartment itself is decent. Would give this place a 5-star rating if it were a little nicer and the appliances were a little better - but you don't go to Paris for the appliances. Property management was friendly and responsive.

Fabulous

Start to finish this was a great experience. Traveling international has been tricky lately with Covid but the owners and property manager did an excellent job. The check in process was the best and most thorough I've ever seen. Loved being in les Halles as it's close to everything. There are a ton of shops, restaurants etc near by.

Comfortable and clean but not my favorite area

The apartment was nicely furnished, beds were comfortable despite being futons on wood frames. The internet was terrible and not conducive to several people using it at the same time. We were there on a work trip so having poor internet was frustrating. The noise from neighbors/homeless was also disrupting at night.
