For 8 people max + a child - 3 years + a baby, 33 meters from the sea, 6km from GRANVILLE, a house "double", home of the 60s (60 m2), surmounted by a house of largely glazed architect (60m2). 240m2 of garden planted together, 3 outdoor terraces, northwest protected by cupressus, south shaded by a pine, and a terrace in floor with sea views. A holiday home, a house by the sea, where everything is proposed simply to live to the rhythm of the tides (we see the sea, and we hear it), walk on foot or by bicycle (2 available), to swim, to activate with board or yachting until the possibility to use a zodiac to join the Chausey Islands or to skirt the Cotentin coast (with supplement and boat license). Horseback riding is possible, as well as those in old rigging "Bisquine". A mezzanine overlooking the floor and the sea, accessible by ladder closed by a hatch, with a clear wall facing the sea, dedicated to the beds of teens (2 beds of 90). The beach is 33 m, Mont-Saint-Michel 1 hour by car, the Channel Islands 1 hour by boat.
