Luxurious house of 75 m2 in large garden enclosed by a gate. 10 minutes from the center of Geneva towards Evian. not shared with other rental customers. Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Room 1. With large double bed 160 cm and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom large shower and double sink and toilet. private terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast provided in the morning at the door.

Het is niet fijn dat er staat dat de tuinafgezet is ja het huisje staat in de tuin van de eigenaar n

Fijn huisje maar niet fijn dat de honden van de eigenaar zo blaffen en je deuren niet open kunt zetten omdat ze dan binnen komen en er staat afgezette tuin maar daar mogen de honden niet in lopen

Agréable séjour sur le Léman

Nous cherchions un emplacement proche du lac, avec le confort pour 3 personnes, un peu d'indépendance, mais aussi le contact avec la propriétaire. Le chalet dans la propriété a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. A recommander !

Sind Hunde wirklich willkommen?

Wie angekündigt trafen wir, 2 Personen mit unserem Hund in der Unterkunft ein. Die Frau, welche uns bereits mit kritischem Blick in Empfang nahm, stellte sich nicht einmal vor. Sie sagte sie hätte nicht gewusst das wir unseren Hund mitnehmen würden und das wir Glück gehabt hätten, seien andere Hunde nicht da, sonst hätten wir wieder gehen müssen, da sich die anderen Hunde nicht mit unserem verstehen würden. Natürlich ist dies nicht korrekt, da wir bei der Reservierung unseren Hund inkl. Rasse angeben mussten. Das unfreundliche in Empfang nehmen der Dame ging weiter als sie uns mitteilte, dass der Hund immer angeleint bleiben muss. Dies trotz etlichen Hektaren umzäunter Wiese. Die Dame machte zudem klar, dass der Hund nicht auf der Wiese herumtoben soll, da ihre Blumen und Pflanzen sonst Schaden nehmen würden. Des Weiteren teilte die Dame uns mit, dass der Hund nicht auf das Sofa, nicht auf den Sessel und nicht auf das Bett darf. Er müsse immer unter einer Decke liegen und sich möglichst nicht in allen Zimmern aufhalten. Wohl gemerkt, dass auf den Informationen der Unterkunft vermerkt ist, dass Hunde willkommen sind. In der Unterkunft selbst, ist ein gewisser Charme durchaus spürbar. Doch das man in der Küche kein Spülbecken hat und um eine Trinkflasche aufzufüllen in das Bad gehen muss, empfanden wir als sehr umständlich. Der Aufenthalt war gar nicht entspannend, da die Dame uns aus der Ferne immer wieder beobachtete. Zum Schluss sagen wir, es war wirklich schade, dass wir so einen unfreundlichen Empfang und Aufenthalt hatten. Wir bitten, dass die Dame sich nochmals überlegt, ob Hunde (Haustiere) wirklich bei ihr willkommen sind.

oui j avais oublié que les clients avaient annoncé leur chien , ce qui n a jamais été une menace de renvoi ! et oui je maintiens que les chiens sont bienvenus mais tenus en laisse dans le jardin qui n est pas une prairie et où je soigne des centaines de fleurs et oui je ne veux pas que les chiens montent sur les lits et canapés . Et oui je ne m'adresse pas facilement aux clients qui sont au telephone quand je les croise et oui je passe du temps sur ma terrasse , dommage si elle s est sentie épiée ,

Wonderful staycation!

It's in the 'burbs, quiet and peaceful, and the owner is a gem. The kitchen was less than what was needed, but the mattresses were divine. We loved every little tiny nook and cranny of old charm!

Stayed for 2 nights. Owner stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. Nice to meet owner concerned that we were happy with accommodations. Residence was clean, comfortable and roomy. Location met out needs. Much more comfortable and roomier than a hotel. Would stay again and recommend to others.
