Carnac Beach, a seaside resort renowned for its fine sandy beaches and prehistoric site. Apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the sailing club, beach, and Thalassotherapy, approximately 500m from the shopping centre. On the 2nd floor of a residence with a beautiful sea view and lift.



Sea-facing studio with balcony located on the 2nd floor (lift):

- An entrance with storage, serving: Separate WC and bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, washing machine)

- Main room: Living room with 1 double sofa bed, television, table and chairs, storage, French window opening onto a balcony offering a wide view of the entire beach and sailing club

- Equipped kitchen (2 vitroceramic hobs, combined oven/microwave, refrigerator).



Electric heating.

Private parking.

Common room for bicycles and windsurfing boards.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €300 (to be paid on site)

Charges included from June to September, electricity on meter reading outside this period

Pets: not allowed

Tourist tax to be paid on site

Linen not provided: possibility of rental at extra cost

End of stay cleaning to be done yourself or additional package.

Studio très agréable, avec une très très belle vue sur le Golfe de Morbihan. Bien situé, il y a juste la route à traverser pour accéder aux plages... Beau temps pour de belles promenades à pied ou en bateau... Bref, très belle semaine...
