Perfect for us

Friends in town for a weeklong tournament. Location was great as was the property. We’ll stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to Everything

The property offers so many options. Nearby is the pool, gym, and grilling area. Sam Snead’s is a short walk away. Also, there are two golf courses on the property. Tennis and pickleball are nearby also. In addition, the Vacasa staff is very responsive and timely to any requests, especially Mandy, who visits the property to insure total satisfaction.

Needs to get a system together with new clients

We did not ever get beach towels and kitchen towels. Received 6 towels, hand towels, wash clothes after two days. The place was very dated. The coffee maker didn't work properly, the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. I think the owner needs to go in and look at what is needed. Example two hairdryers....

Girls getaway

We were so excited about this trip, we arrived to the property and were super disappointed. The place was not cleaned as other renters described. We knew it was outdated but that’s a different story. Overall property was poor, the pool was very small, and the hot tub did not work. The furniture, specifically the couch is falling apart. The lanai we could not use at all as it was never cleaned! There were no blankets and we had to ask for some. Area and grounds are beautiful! Amount of space is also great. Kitchen makes it easy to make small meals. Hope rental people can clean this place up!

Very poorly maintained/cleaned

Mold on bathroom walls and kitchen counter corner, black fuzz on ceiling fans, fuzz on bathroom fans, furnace filter dark grey very furry fuzz, peeling wall paper everywhere kept on in some places by cellophane tape, hair in bathroom, yellow/brown stained mattress pad (unwashed/fresh stain under our clean sheet!), no mattress pad on one bed, smelly leak under kitchen sink, broken screened in porch flapping open let geckos in, handle on microwave falling off, the list could go on and on. We immediately sent texts and pictures to Vacasa, tech came the wrong days to remediate and when they did show up they asked what needed to be done! I started telling them and the. Said “contact Vacasa. We’ve exchanged multiple texts) They fixed the screen, that!’s it. Non stick pots were peeling, virtually no serving/storage containers and those that existed were ancient old carry out food containeers or ancient Tupperware. Carpet was stained and had fuzz so either not vacuumed or vacuumed with really poor vacuum. Decor was really, really out of date, which we expected from the listing, but the place was really, really embarrassing when our family arrived and very unsanitary. Vacasa response/communication was frustrating and non-tesponsive. We will not stay at another Vacasa property. Our other family stayed 1 building over in a beautiful condo rented by owner for much less.

Short Family Visit

Great property and convenient location. Went to Naples to visit parent in nearby assisted living facility, so condo was convenient and the first floor allowed for easy access for our parent to visit. Condo had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the key/lock, but the Property Manager went out of his way to assist and solve the problem. Thanks for a great trip

Great place!

Nice accommodations and cozy setting. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't play golf there because that was a major factor in our decision to visit. Couldn't get the cable TV in the second bedroom to work, but not sure if it was just user error. All-in-all it was clean, convenient and comfortable. Pool and clubhouse were also pluses.

There are other local golf courses nearby that guests can enjoy. Upon inspection, the cable/TV in the 2nd bedroom was working well. We are available 24 hours a day and would have been happy to assist with any questions. We hope to host you again soon.

The condo was clean within a nice condo development. Landscaping nice. Internally, wallpaper coming off walls in several places and shower grouting mismatched. Laundry works well.

Overall impression was very good. Definitely need blankets for the beds instead of just sheets and bedspreads. Should consider towel racks or hooks for bathrooms. A few more dishes would be good. Thank you for the laundry detergent and initial coffee ! Very thoughtful. I called Vacasa (property manager) and left message upon arrival and never received a return call. We definitely would return and recommend

Great Location Close to Naples & Marco!

We loved our time in Lely! Spent a lot of time at the beaches and pool in the community, which was lovely. A few issues with the unit that were a bit frustrating: We had 5-7 lightbulbs out when we checked in. Each of the bedroom closets had a huge tube TV in it which cut the closet space in half. No cable service in the room with the twin beds (tough for kids!). Kitchen appliances were very dated. Very slow (and loud) coffee pot (no Keurig) and the toaster barely worked. The water/ice dispenser was not functional. Super old ant traps left around - I know they get ants, but the Terro liquid was black. Service was called to address these issues but all (aside from the lightbulbs) were not addressed. One thing that was not mentioned, bicycles and beach chairs are available in the Greenlinks office for rent, only if you rent from the resort directly, not through VRBO. While we may return to Greenlinks, not sure we would come back to this unit.

The lightbulbs have been replaced, the cable has been fixed, the ice maker is functioning correctly, and there are ant traps to help keep the home free of ants.
