It offers a fully equipped kitchen including dining space inside and outside on the private lanai. This unit has A/C downstairs and upstairs with A/C units in each bedroom to keep the entire condo comfy. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized foam bed. The master bedroom offers a comfortable California King bed, private lanai just feet from the ocean, and a private bath with walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer Queen size beds. There are two additional bathrooms, one of which is also equipped with a shower. This property also features TVs in the living area and guest bedrooms; cable and free WiFi are also included, as is a washer and dryer. For your convenience a Pack 'n Play is furnished for the wee ones.

A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
