Excelente ubicación en el lago con muelle! 4 habitaciones, 2 baños, 1980 pies cuadrados Capacidad para 12 personas, suite principal con cama king size y bañera de hidromasaje para 2. Bdrm1 cama Queen, bdrm 2 completo w / single en la parte superior, bdrm3 literas w / 3 camas individuales. Ocultar una cama en LR tiene colchón de espuma de memoria. La cubierta en la parte trasera de la casa está cubierta y protegida con luces y ventilador. Un montón de asientos. Mucho espacio para el entretenimiento por dentro y por fuera. La propiedad frente al lago se encuentra en una gran cala con mucho espacio para practicar deportes acuáticos. Pozo de fuego de piedra para un buen fuego. El muelle tiene un deslizamiento disponible para su uso y ambos lados del muelle para otras embarcaciones de agua.
Cerca de restaurantes por tierra o agua. Indian Hills Cafe a menos de 10 minutos por agua y los Juanes en Red Arrow a menos de 5 minutos por tierra o agua. Isla de los monos a 15 minutos por agua.

Beautiful house and location

The house was clean and well equipped, big kitchen and family room. Screened porch was nice, and the firepit area was perfect!! Beautiful big back yard! Nice boat dock and the water was calm and clean! Would definitely go back!!

Perfect Location

Our first trip to this lake and couldn’t have picked a better location or house for our group. Everything was clean and just as described and pictured. The dock and lake access was great and boat ramp very close by. This part of the lake didn’t seem as busy with boats as some other areas. Screened in porch was great, and they have yard games, fire pit, grill, everything you need for a fun lake stay. Quick communication from host and gave us restaurant suggestions for my husbands birthday celebration. Will stay here again!

Closet and drawers

My husband and his friends used your home while they were on a golf trip. The property was very nice however they commented there was no closet space available and dresser drawers were full of knickknacks. Also the thermostat was too complicated. Need to go to a more simpler process. Otherwise they thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Joyce, thank you for the feedback from your husband and friends! We're so glad they enjoyed their stay! Feedback is important! The Nest thermostat is a pretty common thermostat, it's been in house for 3 years. We have left inductions for our future guest. We place personal property in 2 of the 4 closets in bedrooms. We are adding clothes hanging racks to accommodate guest. Sorry we did have one dresser with nik naks in it! We have removed all items! Thank you again for staying with us. Rick and Angie

Nice

Very nice and clean on the inside, with nice appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of seating areas for visiting, dining and playing games. There was a lot of ant activity on the front porch, possibly due to the driveway construction going on at the time of our visit. Definitely set up more for families with children, than for all adult group stay, as the beds and bedrooms were not equal in comfort or quality. Still, a nice place to visit and float on the lake. Water is shallow, though. Take water shoes!!

Beautiful inside and out

This property was the perfect fit for our family's need of a place near the location of our Reunion! It comfortably housed six adults and five teens for 4 days. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the covered patio in the early mornings for coffee! The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and cooking utensils; the bathrooms had luxury towels; the mattress in the master where we stayed was extremely comfortable; and plenty of room to move about the house! Also, Mr. Guerrero was always quick to respond to my questions prior to our arrival. We're hoping to make this our place to stay for future reunions. #makingfamilymemories

Grand Lake Stay

The home was extremely clean, and stocked with plenty of towels, washer and dryer. We hade 12 in our family and we comfortably fit in the bedrooms and pull out couch. It was a short walk to the water and also a dock to leave our boat in the water. We loved sitting in the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings, comfortable outdoor furniture. The kids enjoyed cooking marsmellows in the outdoor fire pit. Great family vacation spot!

Lake Stay

Had a good time. Host were great and communicated well. Kids enjoyed it. Caught some fish and good little cove to tube with kids. Nice time. Would go again

Nice place

The location to the lake was very nice. Parking was not good due to the fact there is none. If you want to stay here you’ll have to visit with a nice neighbor and park in his yard. He was a nice guy. However due to poor workmanship a towel rack fell off the wall and broke, the owner quickly changed us extra to repair it. I would have expected more…. Live and Learn.

Parking was available. We are in the process of adding a garage and driveway to front of house. We notified all renters this was in the middle of being completed. Parking was made available across the street and it was left in all communication to renter. The towel rack in bathroom was pulled out of wall which was not a big deal. It had to be replaced because it was broken in half on main bracket. Charged them $25.00 to replace. The rack cost,$30 plus labor. I thought it was a fair for renter to cover rack and we did the rest. New anchors and sheet rock painted. There was nothing wrong with towel rack before. We had just left house and used towel rack. We are sorry for the un comfortable stay for these guest. We have very high ratings from all of our previous renters. We strive to give a very good experience for each and every guest!

Wonderful Host and Property!!!

We arrived, meeting extended family at this lake house. Prior to our stay, the hosts were very responsive. During our stay they were even more so! We had a party of 10, Unfortunately our kids that are in the military that were supposed to meet us were on lock down, and unable to meet us. The home provided a bunk room for the girls, a bunk room for the boys (3 each), a queen room for one set of parents and a king for the other set of parents. The king bed I can attest was exceedingly comfortable, and did wonders for my back! After further communication with our gracious hosts, I am looking at getting one for myself! The proximity to the lake was absolutely wonderful. The majority of the stay was on weekdays, and we had our section of the lake almost all to ourselves! It was awesome. There is a dock was an wonderful perk. There is one slip that you on moor in, but we also moored on the outside of the dock as well . We would have to go down every morning and use a stick to clear all of those busy spiders, (this was all new to us, as we live in CO and do not get to experience all of those), but this was completely normal for the area according to my Cousin from Arkansas. The deck was great and screened in, we enjoyed a great many games during the rain storms very comfortably. Propane grill worked and heated quickly. Kitchen was well stocked, the only thing missing was Garlic, the one spice I forgot to bring! Master bathroom was very spacious! the shower stall was a bit small, but works just fine for those of us under 6 feet tall. But no worries, the other bathroom has a tub shower, so there is something to fit everyone!! Plenty of towels and clean linens for all Home was VERY clean upon arrival. I can not think of a single complaint about this home! The back of the property up to the lake has a great amount of space and beautiful trees. We were able to play corn hole (that we had brought), would have been able to have plenty of room for the bocce ball and croquet, if we could get the kids our of the lake! Our hosts we very responsive and quick to respond to any questions. They offered up suggestions for rainy days, and advised of beautiful spots to visit. They even messaged us to warn of an approaching storm to allow us time to moor and cover the boat if we needed to. We would 100% recommend and absolutely stay again! thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!!!

Great Getaway from COVID-19!

We really needed a vacay after 3 1/2 months of being stuck at home for the pandemic. Renting a home is a much safer option than a hotel and you can enjoy lake activities while avoiding people. This home was nicely decorated, very clean, had beds for everyone and all we needed. Board games & DVDs for rainy days. Screened-in porch was very nice in mornings & evenings to avoid the numerous insects outside! We fished off the dock but too many bugs in water to swim so had to go elsewhere for that. We did have to drive about 25 min for groceries and 10 min for boat rentals. Nice time away!

Nice home on the water

It was our first time visiting Grand Lake. The home was nice and clean as listed. It was nice having the dock in the back yard for our boat. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Plenty of space.

Wonderful Vacation Home!!!

This home has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home with a bonus screened in porch that our family loved. The grill on the deck is brand new. Easy check in and out and the owners are quick to answer any questions you may have. Will return.
