4 bed, 2 bath with fantastic outside living space and great lake views!
Relax, unwind and have fun! Our 2 story home has 4 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep10 people. 2 inside living areas give everyone room to spread out and the upper and lower decks totaling 1300 sq. ft. of outside living space offer both sun and shade with spectacular views of the lake from a protected cove.

Enjoy lake living with access to a private dock with a slide, kayaks, floating loungers, fishing gear, one covered boat slip and room to tie up a second boat and a dock house so you can fish no matter the weather!

After a day on the water, feel free to enjoy a nap or a good book in the swinging hammock while taking in the beautiful view that Grand Lake offers. Evenings can be spent cooking on the large outdoor grill and lounging around the gas fire pit all the while enjoying the wonderful Grand Lake sunset!

House was great. Family enjoyed their stay. The hosts leave a book with details about the property and a set of items to make s’mores on the deck. It was a very nice touch! Definitely will rent again when family comes to town.

Gorgeous property. The house is amazing. The location is not hard to find but it is definitely off the beaten path. The dock and “fishing house” was great to have. And all the rooms are very clean.

Great location, quiet cove. All decked out is perfect for us. Upper and lower decks provide the ideal places to relax and have conversation. Inside is cozy and has everything you need. Dock is great and easy to navigate. Owner is very responsive.

Lake paradise

While driving down a dirt road for some time the arrival was a great surprise. The little lake house was the perfect retreat. Child safety thouout the inside and decks was a nice surprise. Safe neighborhood of lake homes, quiet, and nice. Good fishing right off dock. Beds comfortable and a great kitchen for a family meal prep. We enjoyed our stay

Great quiet location but close to the main channels. Spent most of our time on the deck when not on the water, which is designed well both upper and lower. Responsive and friendly owners. We'll rent again!

The best time!

We had the best time during our stay at All Decked out. Everything was beautiful and relaxing. We took the advice of other eeviews and dropped our boat at Lakemont Marnia before, and that worked out great. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views and water. There is so much wildlife around, we enjoyed seeing all the birds, deer and even foxes. This place is wonderful!

Little piece of paradise

We all loved staying at All Decked Out! It accommodated our family of 6 adults and 4 children perfectly! Beds were super comfy! The property was very well appointed both inside and out! Roads are really rough and steep, make sure you unload boat before you get to property, if you are bringing one down! Cove is very quiet and cozy! The children loved the slide!

Great few days at the lake

The property is great. I wish a store was a little closer…but all in, it is an awesome spot for some time at the lake. The two level deck and the dock were the hang-out spots for my family and my kids’ friends. Everyone had an amazing time. Thank you Cathie and Ray for sharing this great spot on the lake. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for some time away with friends and family.

Fun times - again

Repeat customer here. Great view from the house patio to watch kids play on the dock. The kayaks were a nice new added pleasantry. Gotta love the S’mores welcome package. Lots of great family memories were made and an overall great value. Nice neighborhood cove protected from big waves.

Great place with great views and wildlife.

Saw plenty of wildlife like foxes, deer, and even a tarantula which was cool. The tarantula was on the road not by the house just for an FYI. Really nice views of the lake and very clean property. The only thing that could have been better was that the roads were rock and very long but that was expected since it’s in the description of the property. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. It was very nice.
