Fabulous location and condo!

A lovely, clean, well-appointed condo with plenty of bedding and towels! The kitchen had a great selection, and the location could not be better! We will stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable! Photos accurately depicted accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear, furniture was very comfortable, and LOVED the showers. Property manager was also very responsive re:questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great Location

Great trip, started off a little slow with a broken AC unit. Management brought 2 window AC units that worked great and with the cooler weather by night 3 it made having them irrelevant. The Condo was larger than we expected and walking distance to everything. Would for sure stay again, probably next year when we come back.

My friends and I stayed at this condo last year and we loved it so much that we booked it again. My two friends that have bad backs really appreciated the firm mattress in the primary bedroom. The location is awesome. Loved everything about this place. We will be back again.

Classy Condo Stay

Would definitely stay here again. This is a very nice rental and owner/agent were easy to deal with. Pros: located close to river, lake, and downtown. Very modern, new, nicely furnished and equipped condo. Lots of room and well fitted out by the owners. Nice building with a good breakfast/lunch cafe on site. Cons: faces street rather than river, area is nice but busy.

Great unit and location

Everything was fantastic. Sleeping, restaurants, walking and park proximity, quiet, the unit itself. Everything was simply great. The issue at check in was VRBO didn’t pass on the email check in instructions so the property manager and I went direct. She was great once I reached out. Highly recommend!!!! Will come back when visiting family in the area.

Disappointed about the deck not looking over lake

I was looking forward to sitting on the deck looking at the lake we work 12-16 hours a day 7 days a week so the pictures of of the deck were misleading everything else was right on, oh and the coffees maker leaks i forgot to leave a note about that

Very clean and nice place, Marina Cay is a great place to stay, the only suggestion is the queen bed is like a rock, simple fix put a memory foam at the least.

We loved our stay at this condo. The Riverstone location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Love the fact that downtown CDA is a short bike ride away! Hoping we can return for another visit soon.

Perfect for a girls trip

Four moms had the best getaway at this condo! It was spotless and roomy. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the location. So easy to walk to shops and dining. And the scrabble game was a hit too. :)

We were under the impression the condo unit was on the LAKE side of the building. The listing was not clear that the only views would be the street. The "peek-a-boo" view of the lake from the balcony was nonexistent. The parking option below the building was terrible. The space provided to us was so small we could not fit our vehicle. Paid parking outside the unit was $5 per hour. Ridiculous.

Beautiful condo with a great location!

This beautiful condo is located in a building along the Spokane River as it flows out of Lake Coeur d’Alene, steps away from Riverstone Park, outdoor concerts and great restaurants. The condo is very clean and exceptionally well furnished. This was a very enjoyable experience!
