Beautiful home in a beautiful area! Enjoyed the back pool area. There were some minor problems with hot tub, but they were addressed and taken care of quickly. The lower level was perfect for our parents.

The property was amazing. The host Chris was very responsive. The only negative was the internet it would not stay connected but other than that I would highly recommend. Close to the beach was GREAT. Thank you.

The pool was the best part of the property except for the fact that the pool service company came and shocked the pool which meant we couldn't use it for over half a day. The house needs some major attention. In the master, the day bed is falling apart. If you look close at the AC vents and some other areas in the house, it appears that there is some mold. There was NO shower supplies provided in this VRBO. First time I have rented one and this was not provided. The garage was a TOTAL mess! I spent the first 45 minutes cleaning up the garage so we could at least use the golf cart.

Fantastic stay

Amanda's and Jason's home made for a wonderful stay in SPI! Home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend by the pool and short distance to the beach. Pool was secluded thanks to the surrounding trees. Stunning place. Definitely looking forward to another stay here!

This house/location worked out well for our group of 7 adults. We all had room to spread out and the house was nicely equipped for cooking large meals. Would definitely recommend this spot to potential beach seekers!

Family Vacation

The entire family loved this house. We have stayed in quite a few houses, but this one is at the top. We had a whole family of 7 and we had a blast. Most of the family just wanted to enjoy the pool and the house more than the beach, and my kids love the ocean. Great spot close to the beach!
