Thank you for your appreciation on my place. I hope you'll come again some day. Did you eventually go to Versailles? The wine bottle was for you! Why did you buy pillows? The ones in the bed had a problem? Good trip back home to you Best regards Brigitte

Wonderful apartment

This is an oasis in the heart of the 13th arr. It is large and airy, by Parisian standards. The couch is comfy enough for a single person to sleep on, there are plants, bifolding patio doors that let in tons of light and air, and all the amenities you want. Only 1 WC though. It is a short walk either direction to restaurants, butcher, bakeries, and markets. 5 stars- I will book this again.

Superb stay

Brigitte's apartment is spacious and bright with big windows and a fantastic view! Even a balcony to sit on! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is super cute with everything you need. Bathroom is good with a great shower. The neighborhood is not touristy and excellent access to the metro. Bakery and grocery store are just down the street, and good restaurants are within easy walking. The elevator is a plus as the apartment is on the 6th floor. Access is very secure and we always felt safe in the area. Brigitte took the time to show us around her home and made us feel welcome. Even a bottle of wine for our stay!

A warm, comfy, breezy hidden gem

I loved staying here. The pictures do not do the space justice—it is so bright, comfortable, and spacious. You're living in Brigitte's home, so expect that things are lived in—ie. not brand new linens, there might be stains on the pots and pans, that sort of thing. All of this adds to the charm and comfort of the apartment. It's in a quiet part of the 13th, but highly accessible to everything you could want to do in Paris via metro, and also walkable to neighborhoods like Le Marais. Walking distance to Jardin des Plantes and many other little parks. Close to the Gobelins and Latin Quarter on foot. Really nice quiet building. Overall a great place to find reprieve from the city and stay comfortably, especially for longer-term stays

Désolée Anne si les lampes ne vous ont pas convenu. Il y en a pourtant beaucoup, si vous les allumez en même temps, je crois que l'éclairage est suffisant. Mais je tiendrai compte de votre avis et je rajouterai de l'éclairage.

Thank you for having chosen my place, and to have left everything clean and in order. And to have filled the buckets with water! That was a big help for me to clean on Monday! I wish you the best! Come back any time you want!
