Appartement clair, trÚs calme, tout confort - joliment décoré - salon avec vue sur jardin cÎté rue, et chambres avec vue sur cour arborée - tarif dégressif selon nombre de personnes et selon durée.
L'appartement est trÚs bien situé avec un accÚs proche de Roland-Garros , le bois de Boulogne et ses lacs ainsi que les différentes expositions du Parc des Expo. Le chùteau de Versailles est desservi directement par le métro RER C au pont du Garigliano (7/10 MN on foot, then 20 mn by train)

Wonderful apartment close to the river (you can view the Eiffel Tower in the evening), there's a delicious little bakery and a market less than a block away. The area is quiet, clean and safe! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this apartment when visiting Paris!

The apartment was lovely and clean, with great charm but lots of mod-cons as well. The neighbourhood is gorgeous with a fabulous Boulangerie/Patisserie across the street along with two very good restaurants.The subway is only a block or so away and not nearly as complicated to maneuvre as I thought it might be. Paris itself was all decked out in fall colours and we loved every minute there or back in the apartment, Thank you Monique and I hope we get back to stay another time soon.
Dinner with family at Sapore Restaurant, just down the street.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you would need to feel at home. Fantastic restaurants within blocks, many markets and pharmacies right in walking distance. The metro station was a five minute walk. Staying here let us experience what living in Paris is like, yet close enough to the metro to get to major sights and museums easily. Super quiet apartment located in a calm neighbourhood. Spacious ( for Paris), really clean and very functional. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the photos. Communication with Monique was very easy and she was really helpful and accommodating. À great home base for visiting Paris. We hope to return.

Comfortable, homely, clean and convenient to bus transport and supermarkets, bakeries and open air market. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay was relaxing and our hostess made sure that we were provided with all the necessaties for a great holiday.

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood

Quiet location

Good stay

Perfect location for a Paris trip

We had a great stay. Nice area of the city. Our host spoke only French so that was a struggle. An alarm was set for the middle of the night in a locked area which was frustrating.

Quaint, perfect location for Woman’s World Cup adventure⚜

This apartment was wonderful! All the amenities were provided that we needed. Our stay was perfect. The apartment was close to grocery, the street markets, the cafes, and the Parc de Princes for the Women’s World Cup games. The metro stations, and train stations were close too. We had a FABULOUS time!

Wonderful Paris apartment

This apartment was wonderful. Plenty of space with tasteful decoration, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood in Paris. Two metro lines (9 & 10) nearby for easy access to the main tourist sites. The host is fantastic - she went above and beyond to help us coordinate a taxi to the airport when national transportation strikes would have caused us to miss our flight. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is very quiet, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The Metro is only about an 8 minute walk and the bus stop is right around the corner. We took the bus in the mornings to the museums and it was a short, easy ride where you got to see the scenery and Paris. We used Uber to get to the airport for our departure. They came right to the door and delivered us to our departure terminal for 53 Euros.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Fantastic stay at this apartment in the 16th. The apartment is well situated, ground floor and most importantly very quiet. The check in experience was efficient and the apartment had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, linen, towels and all the essentials. The location was perfect for us and everything was at the doorstep. Even parking wasn't too complicated and we managed to find a space directly opposite! Thank you for a great stay, we will be back.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Metro and buses to take you anywhere. We enjoyed shopping at nearby groceries and 3 times a week market on Verailles and then using the well equipped kitchen to cook meals when we weren't out sampling local cuisine. Dining room table is a wonderful center of activity for dining, reading, writing and enjoying the sights and sounds of rue Boileau. With family down the block, we hope to visit again.

Perfect!

We were looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, and safe. This stay was PERFECT! We took taxis/bolts to most places. Inexpensive and easy. There’s a pharmacy around the corner. Restaurants and a small grocery in the same block. The beds and linens smelled so nice. I used the washing Machine and it worked well. Very nice kitchen. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, easy walks to many places. Make sure to go to isle of swans and eat at La Cantina. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very convenient and great neighborhood

We found the apartment to suit our needs very well. It was fully equipped with just about anything we needed. We are a family of four and the apartment fit us very comfortably. We found the apartment to be in a very quiet residential neighborhood yet close to markets, metro stations, train stations and restaurants. We felt very secure in the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped which helped us prepare simple meals during our vacation.
