Great place for surgery recovery

The layout with roomy shower (and no tub) makes it perfect for a patient recovering from surgery.

Great place for a Mayo patient's family member

My husband stayed here while I underwent surgery and a three day stay at the Mayo's Methodist Hospital. Location was perfect, and best of all...it was pet friendly. Very well-stocked kitchen and laundry!

Great for Mayo patients!

Has everything you need to have a comfortable place to relax after long day at clinic! Quick walk to Mayo and parking in driveway was really convenient! Terry was easy to get ahold of if you have any questions or concerns!

Just what I neeed

Required to have multiple surgeries for my back at Mayo Clinic. The location was only 4 blocks away, parking was convienent, the decore and up scale design work was very warm and inviting. Thank you. I wil be back socially again.

Excellent place to stay while at Mayo Clinic.

My husband had major surgery at Mayo Clinic Methodist Hospital. This was a easy pleasant 10 minute walk from the property. This saved a lot on parking. The property is very neat and organized and designed beautifully. It is very calming in it's design. The kitchen is fully stocked. The washer and dryer was very helpful. I didn't have to pack a much. The property owner was very speedy in her responses. The neighborhood seemed very friendly. I felt very safe and secure with my daughter. I absolutely loved this property and recommend it highly. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great experience

I had a wonderful time staying at this property during the month of August. Terry was a great host and responded rapidly to any questions. The apartment is perfectly located between the Mayo Clinic and St Mary’s hospital. Everything was nicely arranged on arrival with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar and linens. Appliances were all excellent. The apartment remained cool without AC despite warmer August days (being in the basement helps). Would definitely stay again!

3 Months

I stayed at this lovely VRBO for 3 months. The location and layout of this space was perfect for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There are other renters in the above units, since I stayed for a longer time period several people came and went during my stay. The property manager is attentive and kind, I have no complaints from my stay! There is a washer/dryer and full fridge/freezer which were not listed in the VRBO images, this was a huge added bones!

Nice clean VRBO. Walking distance to Mayo Clinic & Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital. Host is very prompt with replies when messaging. Private side area needed some TLC to look like pic online.

Sojourn at the Luxury Apartment

We enjoy our stay very much. The apartment was very nicely furnished and decorated. The location is great. It is close to restaurants, grocery store, trails. The only disadvantage for us an older couple was the steps.

Your own place

It was nice to have our own little place near Mayo. My dog came with me and it was a perfect place for us. Terry was great and very hospitable.

It was hot

Well located if you are going to the Clinic. Well equipped Just have to be aware about the weather. If it’s too hot there is no air conditioning

Beautiful apartment with incredible amenities, steps from Mayo Clinic. What more can you ask for?!!

My aunt came to town, for treatment at The Clinic, and wanted her own space, but, as she said, she's "very picky" about her accommodations.Teresa's apartment was amazing! From the moment we entered through the gate into the private little garden, we knew we'd found the perfect spot for Aunt Barb. Once inside we found everything she'd hoped for and more. From the luxury hotel-quality bedding and towels (not to mention the plush robe!), to the gourmet cookware and dishes, to the fully-loaded Nespresso coffee bar....it was clear that Teresa put her heart and soul into building the perfect spot for those coming to The Clinic. The only problem? You eventually have to leave this peaceful little oasis.

Fabulous

What an incredible place to stay in Rochester. Everything was thought of to make it comfortable - just like home. The decor was exceptional including the very comfortable bed, walk-in shower and robes, Nespresso coffee (and other types too - depending on your preference), and desk space. I slept like a baby and there was plenty of light both in the daytime and at night. I would definitely stay here again..... and could even live here :)
