Private parking included, Wifi included. Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The 48m² apartment is located on the 7th floor of the 4-star Les Néréides residence (Pierre et Vacances), with a splendid panoramic view of the valley and the mountains of the Plagne resort. Departures and return on skis: access to the slopes can be done directly from the apartment, without having to get off the building. A ski lift (Le "Tyrolien") even drops you off in front of the apartment!
SKI / SNOW EQUIPMENT HIRE DISCOUNTS:
By renting my apartment, you benefit from 30% to 40% discount at sport 2000 Belle Plagne on all your rental equipment. The store is located 200m from the apartment.
SKI LESSONS / FRENCH SKI SCHOOL: ESF office at the foot of the building and ski lessons departures and return 30 meters from the apartment. The Piou Piou club is 150 meters from the building.
DESCRIPTION: Apartment No. 714, Les Néréïdes building (facing the slopes, south-facing panorama). Living area 48m². 2/3 rooms for 6 to 7 people, including a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, an independent bedroom / sleeping area with 3 beds, including 2 bunk beds, and a pull-out bed. This apartment can accommodate people with reduced mobility (PRM), and has the necessary equipment to receive a baby or young children: table baby chair (for meals), folding folding bed, access step to the WC. 3 garden armchair-chairs to enjoy the sun on the terrace. The presence of pets in the accommodation is strictly prohibited, regardless of its duration.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave / grill oven, kettle, standard coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, and all necessary kitchen utensils, glasses stem, wine glasses, water glass, citrus press, frying pans, pots, salad bowls, dishes, etc.).
LIVING / DINING ROOM: Television, 160x200cm convertible sofa, comfortable latex mattress in perfect condition, dining table for up to 7 people, 4 table chairs and 3 stools.
BEDROOMS: New bedding, all beds are fitted with duvets, pillows, protective covers (to be used imperatively under your sheets). Bedding dimensions: - Sleeping area bedroom N ° 1: 2 beds 90x190cm and 1 bed 80x180cm - Bedroom N ° 2: 1 double bed 160x200cm.
