In quiet yet close to the center of Cannes, you will enter a villa of 250sqm, with large open living on the sea. For a family, friends or for business trips, the villa offers 6 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet (shower and bath in the 2 main bedrooms and shower in the other 4).
Each morning will be a delight when you wake up facing the sea (4 rooms facing the sea, sea view 1 bedroom and 1 garden view room) with horizon Cap d'Antibes and the Lerins Islands.
A large fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals fresh home from market, your gourmet meals or just your tapas appetizers that you will take on the terrace of the villa.
The living room opens onto a huge terrace overlooking the sea, shaded by electric blinds and furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and sofas.
Going down a few steps, you will arrive at the pool (secured by alarm and heated in season), surrounded by many sunbeds to enjoy the sun all day. From the pool terrace, direct access to the sea will satisfy lovers of sea bathing and / or water games.
We put at your disposal kayak, standing paddle, snorkeling equipment, pingpong table and a trampoline for children.

The villa was designed and built to offer all the comforts of an unforgettable stay. Also at your disposal: air conditioning in all rooms, free WIFI, Bluetooth speakers in the living room to listen to music from your mobile phone, tablet or computer. Tv in living room and in each bedroom. Safe in each room.

Due to its exceptional location, on the rocks, the villa has no direct access by car, but you have 3 private parking spaces, at the entrance of the closed domain which is in front of the villa. A pedestrian light can be operated to cross the street, stopping traffic in order to cross safely!
Being low against the rocks, traffic or train noise do not reach the villa. For this reason, staying quiet, facing the sea, feet in the water, will never be disturbed.

Near the center of Cannes, the Croisette, shops, restaurants and all the activities that are offered in the area, staying at the villa, summer and winter, will remain unforgettable.

For a family, friends or a business trip, we are happy to welcome you on the spot to open the doors of an exceptional stay. Many services are available on request.

Absolutely Stunning

The entire stay was absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect between antibes and Cannes and being able to jump right in the water with basically no neighbors is truly incredible. We will definitely be going back!

What a location

We know the area well, we love it but you could just sit and marvel at the views for days never mind walking to the bottom of the tear race and dropping the paddle board straight into the Med. love it!

Amazing Villa

Our stay at Villa Saf Saf was absolutely incredible. Barbara was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Best location in Cannes

Amazing home with an amazing location. Parking is a little unorthodox, but once you get familiar with the spots its just fine. The manager lives next door and is very helpful. The home is within walking distance to the city and it is a very easy and fun walk. Lots of restaurants are close and the home itself has everything you need for a nice vacation. Located right on the ocean, going swimming every day was a treat, beautiful ocean. Overall we loved the home and the manager and we would stay there again.

Amazing Villa on the Med

Barbara was the most gracious hostess to our family coming in from 2 weeks of travelling throughout Europe. The villa was absolutely gorgeous! The property was above and beyond what I was expecting and was home for the remainder of our trip. Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful and spacious place. The view, the pool, the paddle boards and additional ammenities made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful French Riviera. Location is ideal and the property is safe and secure. Like a dream!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! Actually so good so we didn´t want to leave the house. The house was clean and comfortable with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We stayed there for 10 days with our two teenagers and there were perfect space for everybody to be bye themselves if needed. You can easily stay two families there and feel you have a lot of privacy without getting to each others nerves:-) The kitchen is big and very nice for cooking with a lot of standard herbs and spices that you need for making a good meal. We had so many nice evenings barbecueing at the wonderful terrace so you don´t want to go to a restaurant. The view is breathtaking. I think we said that to each other every day! The whole pool area is clean and nice with a lot of sunchairs. Barbara and Pascal are great hosts. They are kind and helpful, always smiling and really respect your privacy during your vacation. If you had any questions, you could always text them and soon you had an answer. This house is just wonderful in every way and we can´t think of anything to complain of!💖

Spectacular, awe inspiring, dream villa

Stunning!!! We were a group of 5 Australian couples visiting Villa SAF SAF in Cannes for 10 days. It took our breath away as we walked through the door to see a huge uninterrupted panoramic view of a sparkling Mediterranean Sea. This set the tone of what was to come. By the photos I hadn’t realised the Villa was so spacious, something I was concerned about as there were 5 couples. I needn’t have worried as there was so much space everywhere for 10 of us including the immaculate grounds. We all had very good privacy in our beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds with lovely crisp linen. Cleanliness was spot on. The living area had comfortable and large sofas. There was enough room for everyone to sit comfortably in all areas. We spent every evening meal at the Villa. Kitchen was almost commercial with everything on hand. Great barbecue too. And a large ice machine! The pool was warm and beautiful after a dip in the sea. So many water toys too. The Bluetooth music system was on point and we were even able to stream a finals Australian rules football match on the big screen. Although there is a rail line behind the villa there was no noise pollution at all. It is a very private villa and we felt very safe. We took some picturesque train journeys along the coast to Ventimiglia and EZE I highly recommend this sensational villa. We did not want to leave. Barbara and Pascal were the perfect hosts being extremely kind and helpful in every way and very discreet. Thank you so much fo a wonderful holiday we will never forget. Gail Pollard

Beautiful oasis in Cannes

My family and I just returned from our stay at this beautiful villa and the experience was fantastic. The home is located just outside of the heart of Cannes, and you're close enough to all of the major roads and highways that you can get anywhere fast. NCE-airport was less than a 25 minute drive. Monaco took us about an hour. You can walk to Cannes downtown if you have comfortable shoes. In the mornings, I would jog to a fantastic bakery that Barbara (host) recommended and bring back breakfast/coffee for my family. That said, the space is incredibly tranquil and quiet and you never feel like you're in the thick of it. The villa, itself, is stunning. It's more beautiful and spacious than the listing photos were capable of capturing. The rooms are all ocean-facing and walk out and are very sizeable with huge en suite bathrooms.. The bedrooms all have electronic blackout blinds so you can sleep in if you'd like. Every room has a television. Showers have heated towel racks, multiple of the bathrooms have separate bathtubs and standalone showers. Pool is heated and very enjoyable and there is a massive amount of outdoor space in general. The view of the Ocean here is unparalleled and the entire home is designed in a way to fully immerse you in the outdoor surroundings. The villa has a mesh network and streaming capable wifi speed. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked. If you're concerned about the villa's proximity to the road, I can assure you that it's not something that will disturb you at all. Barbara was extremely responsive and helpful regarding all aspects of our stay. I note that some of the previous reviewers commented that it can be difficult to move bags from the secured parking and the villa, it does take a little bit of effort but it's totally worth it, because this villa has the most beautiful sunrises on the French Riviera. Overall, fully plan to come back for our future stays in the South of France.

Extravaganza on the Riviera

Exceptional position on the Croisette with magnificent views off the rocks! Five sea view bedrooms had all the participants fighting for their selection. The hosts, Barbara and Claudine are delightful, quickly responding to all inquiries. The curb side view was worth the 61 steps and crosswalk access from the remote parking. What a seaside palatial retreat and vacation playground! We thoroughly enjoyed our February stay!

Absolutely Stunning Villa with Gracious and Flexible Host

The quality and setting of the villa is breathtaking! It is even better than the photos! With the bedrooms all having en-suite full baths or shower rooms, it works well for corporate use or for anyone with individuals who need privacy. You do need to note that you need to carry bags up and down multiple (outdoor) stairs to access the villa - and access would be difficult for anyone with physical limitations due to the amount of stairs to reach the villa. Once there, you will love it and Barbara made everything so easy!

Dream Villa on Cote d'Azur

Séjour fabuleux !

Absolument fabuleux ! Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa, en famille et avec des amis. Tout était parfait. Cela a même dépassé nos attentes. A notre arrivée nous avons été émerveillé par la vue !!!!! Une vue imprenable et féérique sur la Cap d'Antibes et les Iles de Lérins de jour comme de nuit. Tout simplement unique sur la Côte ! La villa est spacieuse, moderne, très bien entrenue. La cuisine est très très bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec chacune une belle salle de bains. Encore milles merci à Barabra pour son acceuil et sa gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cette villa ! D'ailleurs nous l'avons déjà réservée pour l'année prochaine.

Excellente'

Rented house with 4 of my business partners to attend a film conference in Cannes. The house was perfectly situated for us to relax on the water in between work meetings in Cannes, which can be a little overwhelming with people. The travel time to Cannes is less than 10 mins. The house was perfectly clean and had zero issues. The owners were extremely prompt and easy to deal with, responding in 5 mins to any call or text. I highly recommend this property for rental.

Amazing House!!!

We stayed here for 10 days with 6 couples and we had the best time! Perfect location, everything is near. The house is very modern and spacious, also for 12 persons. Big living room, kitchen, terrace, rooms and pool. The owners are lovely people, very kind and helpful.

BEST PLACE ON EARTH!

We stayed recently at Villa SafSaf and we have all agreed that we would love to just move in and never leave!!! It was the most magical experience, and in the most gorgeous home! All of the rooms were impeccable, with spacious bathrooms and closets, and the most comfortable beds! But best of all... the VIEWS cannot be beat!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this Villa, but also Barbara was an absolute pleasure of a host. She was accommodating and so sweet and easy to work with. If you plan to stay at Villa SafSaf, do yourself a favor and stay at least a week because it is the kind of place you never want to leave. The location is also fabulous - just a few minutes to Cannes center, and an easy car ride to Eze, Monaco, Antibes, etc. There is plenty to see and do, but you may also not want to leave the house. We truly hope to come here at least once a year - we will never stay anywhere else in the South of France. Villa SafSaf cannot be beat - thank you Barbara for making our trip such an unforgettable experience!!!!!

Words are missing to me to express how important is your comment for us. Our main goal is always to make sure the villa is at the top comfort standard. The location is unic and the view is amazing, but it's also very important for us to provide the best experience and best welcoming service. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward!! Indeed, there are also so many beautiful villages and coast cities to discover here around ...that makes the villa the perfect place to stay for holidays. It's funny, you are right, I often have the feeling our visitors don't want to move from the villa during their stay and on departing day... :)) We look forward welcoming you next year for an other wonderful stay at the villa ;) MERCI!!
