On the first floor, discover the second and third bedrooms, both with full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom off the hallway. The living room features a wet bar and wine cooler so you can experience happy hour at your leisure. Additionally, a private patio deck is located off the living room, featuring sweeping Gulf views along with a private pool and grill. In addition, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and is a beautiful showcase of craftsmanship, decorated with stainless steel appliances, unique wooden countertops, and exposed shelving.
