Property was just as described. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was interrupted sleep because of smoke detector batteries that needed replaced. It took a couple attempts to fix this problem but host was very responsive and reactive. Host also was very helpful in getting a delivery out of the locked mailbox and to our doorstep. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached which was great. Separate ice maker was ideal since the weather was 90-100 degrees.

Very nice property. Access to the beach was a little difficult with a large group. We did have a bug in the kitchen and porch lights didn’t work. We contacted the management company first day but nothing was done about that. It was also advertised as new and felt like that was a little deceiving. Overall it’s a beautiful property in a beautiful little development.

We’d stay here again for sure. We rented the property for 9 adults, 7 children. We did need owner’s help during the stay and he was very attentive with quick answers. There was a very nice large master suite with a bathroom and balcony overlooking the boat dock with beautiful views. There were also 3 other bedrooms with bathrooms. One adult slept in a room with a bunk bed, 4 children slept in a room with two sets of bunkbeds and 3 children slept in a tv room with pull out sofa. Beds were all moderately comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with almost anything you would need (no toaster and only one set of towels for washing up). Lots of plates and dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans, blender and mixing bowls. Bathrooms had two sets of towels but no towel racks to hang up wet towels. There is a broom but no dust pan and no vacuum. Our family of 16 had a seat for everyone to eat at the same time. There is a large outdoor porch with a lot of seating. We spent hours outside watching sunrises and sunsets. The large porch overlooks boat dock and has beautiful views. There is a concrete patio with grill. You will need to provide your own propane. There were outdoor games. You might want to bring your own games for rainy days. Our kids walked to the dock and fished. For going to the beach, you will need to bring a rolling cart. It is a pretty good walk along the main 4 lane road. Cross at the light. Paid parking is available at beach. I highly recommend this listing.
