1600 pies cuadrados de calidad Ritz Carlton. 3 balcones con vista al Caribe con hermosas islas en la distancia. Cocina completa, comedor y salas de estar. Ambas habitaciones son master suites con vestidores y baños muy grandes. Un maestro tiene 2 camas que se pueden convertir en una cama king o 2 camas separadas, solo avísele al personal. El salón también tiene un sofá cama queen size y medio baño. La propiedad tiene múltiples piscinas y jacuzzis y, por supuesto, una playa de arena muy grande y hermosa. Dos veces limpieza diaria !!!!!

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this St. Thomas property! The combination of having a villa with hotel service twice a day was so luxurious! The unit is meticulously kept and the Ritz is beautiful. The food was delicious and so many activities for the family. We will surely be back!

Vacation in Paradise

Our first trip to St Thomas and this property exceeded our expectations. Everything about the property was exceptional. First, the unit…located in the Iris building which is the tallest of the Residences buildings. The unit is on the first floor and very convenient to accessing all the amenities of The Ritz resort. It is directly behind the Coconut Cove restaurant with spectacular view from 3 balconies (each bedroom has its own balcony with lounge chairs plus a table and chairs on the balcony outside the living room). The unit has marble floors and nicely furnished, 2 spacious bathrooms each with a stall shower and separate tub and double sinks. There is also a powder room! Galley kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and full size fridge. Drip coffee maker. What I didn’t expect was everything that is provided (dishwasher tabs, Tide/dryer sheets, coffee, creamers, sweeteners, dish soap and bath stuff). There are dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc plus a myriad of small appliances you can request for free (waffle iron, crock pot, etc) and all kinds of cooking spices. The resort even has complimentary sunscreen (15 30 50 SPF) and aloe cream for when we got sunburn. There are outdoor grills and we did grill steaks one night. The Ritz pools, bars and beaches were top notch. The staff were friendly and made you feel at home. I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. The location was also great. Very close to Red Hook & we took the ferry to St. John.

Pandemic? Hurricane? Who cares when you've got the Ritz.

Everything is what you'd expect from a facility with "Ritz" in the name. You would expect some limitations given the impact of COVID-19 but everything was open and we felt safe the entire time. All staff members wore masks and the facility provided a pandemic care package containing masks, hand sanitizer etc... The location was great, but it would have been even better had it been a walkable distance to Red Hook. Despite that, cabs were easy to get and not overly expensive. We had a car so we could see the entire island, but it would not be required if that wasn't part of your plan. The "Club" property was lovely and allowed access to the adjacent hotel amenities. The beach space at the Club was pretty small and beaten up by the rain, so we really didn't use it much. Everything was exceptionally maintained and had the feel of being in the tropics..which of course we were. The pool area and was well maintained and offered a variety of options with several pools and hot tubs to select from. The hot tubs provided a great way to enjoy the outdoors in the pouring rain. The service was great...regardless of what Mother Nature was dumping on us at the time. All of the staff members were friendly, courteous, welcoming and efficient. Although we didn't use housekeeping every day, she did a wonderful job on the days we needed it. They were very accommodating when we requested certain amenities as well: towels, pillows, beach chairs, pool noodles, coolers, ice....and even spices. The daily cookies helped us maintain our vacation imperative to eat every 2 hours. All in all we had a wonderful time on St Thomas...and our accommodations added to the experience. I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to stay on the east end.

The absolute best of both worlds...

The spaciousness and hominess of a condo with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, dining, powder room, laundry room, living room with comfortable pullout couch and large balcony. Two large bedrooms on either side with private balconies. Attached bathrooms are also large with water closet, double sinks and separate tub and shower. Hotel type toiletries included. Daily housekeeping and turn down service offered. Need more towels? Just ask. All kitchen and laundry soaps and paper products are provided. Even coffee and creamers. The grounds and pool are beautiful. Access to their hotel property next door. Shuttle to two nearby resorts with nice restaurants. Five dollar cab ride to Red Hook. Can't say enough about the staff. Beyond helpful, friendly and cheerful. And Adam is great to deal with. He was patient and responsive with all my questions. We had a fabulous week and highly recommend.
