The villa is located feet in the sand, the view is still breathtaking on the Diamond Rock and the sea. The villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a bathroom, an open kitchen on a terrace of 240 m². An overflowing swimming pool of 8.5 meters by 6.5 meters. A partially shaded garden next to the barbecue. We built a wooden security fence to prevent the presence of squatters. We preferred to privilege the tranquility of holidaymakers! The rooms have no window on the outside, the old owners and builders have preferred not to put on. Too bad! Old house, old building! But unique location! As in all houses, there may be rodents. Know that the villas are treated every 4 to 6 months by a specialized company. So, we did treat from your departure. Regarding the plastic furniture, these have been changed. Unfortunately, some holidaymakers don’t take care of the equipment. Doors repaired. Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc.) As a reminder, you also had a problem with the air conditioning, the same day, or the next day, we had a repairer, but you sent it back because it bothered you! We admit it, you didn’t have many chances and several problems arrived at the same time, during your stay! The person in charge of our receptions and the good progress of the stay, welcomed you and took care of you. She was almost present every day to listen to your complaint and solve your little worries. On this point, I don’t agree with you! We have never had any problem with her, on the contrary! We are deeply sorry that your stay was catastrophic for you ! Fortunately, most of our customers are perfectly satisfied, happy and delighted! The owner has taken time for the last night's refund and apologizes for it.
