Très satisfaite, exellentes vacances.

Très beau séjour aux Studios Heliopetra, village Douliana. Tout était parfait, la propriétaire est très gentille et accueillante, toujours prête à nous aider dans notre séjour. Le studio est très propre avec le ménage qui est fait régulièrement, l'emplacement est magnifique et le cadre idyllique. Je recommande cette location.

un petit coin de paradis

Tout d'abord la localisation est idéale pour visiter la crete occidentale et centrale. Les logements sont situés dans un petit village typique, et dans un cadre magnifique. Les prestations sont vraiment très bien : une piscine très appréciée pour finir les journées, la clim dans les logements, le changement de linge tous les 4 jours , les terrasses avec peu de vis à vis, le calme pour se reposer, la taverne juste à coté est un vrai régal, le lieu est très fleuri , et la propriétaire très agréable se rend disponible en toute discrétion. Un petit havre de paix pour passer des vacances inoubliables.

points positifs: très calme au milieu d'une nature omniprésente; piscine agréable, bien entretenue, nombreux transats; Accueil sympathique et décontracté. - négatifs: -maison spacieuse , mais mal conçue: chambre parentale à l'étage alors que les toilettes et bains sont au rez de chaussée : facile pour des seniors!! Ou des parents avec un jeune enfant. équipements de la cuisine inadaptés à un séjour au long cours. Finalement, location au rapport qualité/prix assez bas Entretien et changement de draps un peu espacés .

Studio propre et conforme à la description, peu de vaisselle. Village très agréable. Accueil très mitigé, Koustoula qui n'est pas la propriétaire ne parle pas le français contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce. Grande promiscuité autour de la piscine et des cloisons étanchent au bruit : disputes et ronflements... Pas de publicité pour l'auberge voisine excellente, alors qu'il y a de la publicité pour les restos des villages voisins ! Non je ne recommande pas cette location à un ami

Charmante résidence dans un endroit coquet. Nous avons trouvé ici calme et sérénité. Prestation irréprochable et conforme au descriptif. Le personnel est à l'écoute de la moindre demande. A ne pas manquer le petit restaurant qui juxtapose la propriété qui propose une excellente cuisine locale. Nous avons trouvé ici la gentillesse légendaire des Crétois. A recommander vivement.

Le studio est situé dans un petit village très sympathique. Une taverne qui sert une bonne cuisine jouxte l'ensemble des locations. La propriétaire est très accueillante et discrète. Ensemble très propre, jardin bien entretenu. Prise anti-moustiques fournie pour des nuits calmes. Le grand plus, la piscine !!!

Excellent séjour

Très bon séjour dans un cadre très agréable, très calme avec le chant des cigales. La piscine est très appréciable, très propre et de belles dimensions. Par ailleurs, le lieu est très convivial. Nous avons bien apprécié également la taverne toute proche qui offre des plats Crétois de qualité. Le logement est très confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Dans le nôtre avec étage, les deux terrasses permettaient de conserver notre intimité. Nous soulignons également l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité discrète et efficace de Kostoula. L'hospitalité Crétoise prend ici tout son sens. Le petit déjeuner prêt dès notre arrivée était très appréciable (jus de fruits, gâteau, confitures, café, thé, etc.) Les conditions sont idéales pour passer de bonnes vacances et visiter toute la partie ouest de l'île.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite résidence de 8 maisonnettes situées autour d'une piscine et dans un magnifique jardin. L'endroit est très calme et la mer est à 7kms. Cette location située à 20 kms de La Canée permet de visiter tout l'ouest et le sud de cette région. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a réservé un très bon accueil; le service (draps, ménage) a été très apprécié en vacances. Une adresse à garder et à communiquer !

"La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Si apre una vista sull''altopiano e su un''oasi di silenzio. I proprietarisono gentili e molto discreti. Il villaggio di Douliana è gradevole e ottime le due taverne. Indispensabile avere l''auto per escursioni e per andare al mare, che dista circa 7 km dal villaggio. In alternativa c''è il taxi. Percorso a piedi poco segnalato su strada molto isolata."

"Malgré notre arrivée tar...

"Malgré notre arrivée tardive (1h du matin), l''accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous avons même fait un petit plongeon dans la piscine éclairée et de belles proportions. Le gîte correspondait tout à fait au descriptif très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et voir plus (produits locaux). Entre mer et montagne avec vue sur la mer et chemins de randonnées. Très joli petit village avec 2 tavernes (option pour celle au centre du village). Environnement très calme et bien situé à 15mn de Chania (à découvrir) ainsi que les gorges de Samaria. Entretien du gîte 2 fois en 10 jours avec changement du linge. Absolument ravis de notre séjour, nous sommes revenus très reposés."

Douliana is a small traditional village, 22 km. East of the city of Chania, in a natural beauty area.
In this village (of a total of 300 for Greece) was awarded the title of the national conservation area of ​​beauty "Natura", keeping agriculture as main activity. The old houses were rebuilt for a holiday and provide a traditional life on view seasonally. (Olives and oranges in winter vegetables and fruits in summer, autumn wine).
There are two taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine, and a mini market with local products.

Overall mark given by the renter: 5/5 "Small house in a small holiday village in the Cretan countryside sheltered from the hustle and bustle. Air-conditioned studio with comfortable bedding. Swimming pool of good lengths and exteriors maintained with care. The village (70 inhabitants) is charming with its inn its typical bistro. The location is perfect for visiting western Crete.
