Beautiful, recently renovated apartment with all modern comforts, at Corcovada

Within walking distance of Praia da Oura and Areias de São João, this comfortable apartment is located in one of Albufeira's quietest areas. This spacious apartment features two balconies, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with two comfortable twin beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (1.80m), a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Due to its ideal location, this accommodation is booked well in advance, so don't miss out!

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm.
After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Albufeira municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax is due, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay, between the months of April and October, inclusive. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over, regardless of their place of residence.

The property is excellent. Contains everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable for our family of four. It overlooks the two swimming pools and is within easy walking distance of the local beach, and local restaurants.

Another great stay at Corcovada

We have stayed at different blocks in the Corcovada complex over the past few years. This apartment was similar but the pool area was a disgrace. The children's pool needs re-tiled and filled with water, there are very few sun loungers which wasn't a problem for us as we are up really early but this needs sorted. The settees in the lounge of our apartment definitely need replaced as extremely uncomfortable.

Nous étions 4 , l appart est top! Une cuisine géniale , salle de bain au top, grande chambre parentale, petit bémol sur le second couchage : il n y a pas deux chambres mais bien un couchage dans le salon . Bonne gestion de ce couchage avec matelas sup pour le confort . Je conseille cet appartement dans lequel nous avons passé un super séjour . Très bien placé pour visiter la région . Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir profiter de moments agréables piscines/repos dans un appartement confortable.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! Couldn't fault it at all. It was immaculately clean & tidy and everything in it you could possibly need! Perfect location with a lovely view out to the shared pools. Would definately recommend and would love to holiday here again.

Poisson frais sur des petites criques. Piscine en rentrant à l'appartement . Appartement tout confort. Les prestations sont excellentes. L'accueil avec Pascale a été parfait... toutes les infos et les conseils dont nous avions besoin. Merci Pascale . Seul bémol, le canapé lit peu confortable pour des adultes

Séjour golf

Point central de tout les clubs de golf en Algarve. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement ; beau, propre et spacieux. Nous y retournons l’année prochaine. Résidence très proche de tous les commerces, du Strip, restaurants, plages et station de taxis. Région magnifique qu’est l’Algarve.
