Elegant vaulted ceiling private home located in a secluded and serene residential neighborhood, provide awesome views through the large French doors of the enclosed pool area, backyard, fire pit, dock and waterway from the kitchen/great room. Magnificent semicircle granite kitchen countertop with (8) bar stools is perfect for entertaining friends and family.

Massive main master bedroom with king bed, ensuite master bath, and walk-in closet, also provides access to the hot tub through the french doors. Master bath include separate shower and large soaking tub.

Spacious secondary master bedroom includes queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

Large third bedroom can be configured as (1) king bed or (2) separate twin beds.

Separate third full bath with tub/shower combination is shared by all guests.

Huge enclosed screened pool area includes a separate (6) person hot tub, television, table, lounges, fire pit and grill. Lush tropical backyard with lime, mango, and mulberry trees, as well as, a pineapple garden, provide perfect additions to a meal or adult beverage when available.

Private boat dock facing a wildlife sanctuary provides peaceful solitude and privacy, perfect for relaxing, fishing, or wildlife watching. Dock easily accommodates 30ft vessel, with water and power available, and optional access (additional fee) to 12,000lbs lift. Free public ramp is only minutes away, with trailer storage space available on property. Ocean access is approx. 45 min. boat ride to the St. Lucie inlet, or choose several other boat only accessible locations to drop anchor and enjoy the day.

Include with the rental is use of (2) single seat kayaks.

Very Nice House

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this house. The owners responded quickly when needed. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the screened-in lanai.

Absolutely gorgeous house- pool area, covered patio and outside sitting area, bedrooms, kitchen, - everything clean, and spacious. Walking areas from house, or close by. Loved staying here for month of February.

Christmas break getaway

My husband, myself, two kids, and in-laws enjoyed a wonderful week after Christmas until after New Years Day here and absolutely loved this home. The cleanliness was appreciated! The owners have the house stocked with any accessory we needed. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well as the proximity to everywhere we wanted to go! Thank you.

Fun in Old Palm City

Enjoyed beautiful days relaxing by and in the pool. Had some family members visit, and they loved eating outside and using the hot tub. Spent lots of time fishing off the dock - everything from snook and snappers to sheepshead Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Spent a few days at the beach too!

A true home away from home

We had an excellent stay! The hosts were so thoughtful to have thought of everything (equipment and supplies) to make one comfortable & feel at home, although in a tropical paradise! I have never been in a rental that was so COMPLETE. Everything was clean and welcoming; the backyard with its beautiful landscaping felt very private. I would heartily recommend it to those interested in the Stuart area. You won't be disappointed!

Fun time

House was great, thou the ice maker in the frig was out of commission. They did leave a bag of ice for us thou. Kitchen was wonderful. They didn’t miss a thing with stocking it with all things that we needed. Did miss the pool being heated so we weren’t able to take advantage of that. But the hot tub was nice!

Quiet Beautiful Home - All the Amenities - On the Water!

This home and the Property Managers were truly outstanding! Cynthia and John were helpful and friendly. John helped me through a TV issue and got it working for us. The ice maker on the frig wasn't working so they left a bag of ice for us in the freezer. It's the little things, right! The property was extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The home is right on the water. They have 2 kayaks you can take out on the river and enjoy! The huge shaded, screened area with pool, TV AND hot tub on the back of the house was the perfect place for the whole family to gather and relax. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Great Place in Palm City!

A great 2 week January stay, nice home, perfect location! Our hosts were very responsive from the first email throughout our stay. They have a large, comfortable home that is close to shopping, golf, and a short drive to the ocean beaches and all that this area has to offer. There is a lot of room in this house with a large open concept kitchen, dining room and library with many books and dvds. The family room has a large screen tv with comfortable seating for six. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large walk in closet and direct access to the patio and pool. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom for the third bedroom is across the hall. Water pressure is excellent! The outdoor patio and pool look new. The grill works quite well. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We highly recommend this property if you plan to stay in the Palm City/Stuart area.

Wonderful Vacation

My family had the best time swimming, soaking in the hot tub and playing games at this very well maintained home. We were short car rides away from family beaches (traffic is heavy on the weekends), were able to spend a day at Disney World (2 1/2 hr drive), shop in downtown Stuart and just relax away the days in the lush, landscaped and screen-covered backyard pool and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, beds were comfortable, and if we had questions our hosts responded very quickly. I took lots of pictures of the blooming orchids and plants in the backyard and enjoyed many meals at the large pool deck table. Thanks to our host for sharing their awesome family home with us.

Property was beautiful, house had all you could need, Cynthia very responsive whenever we had a question. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect, especially during the time we like to travel (Feb/March) would be if the pool was heated...the hot tub helped however... :)

Beautiful Well Appointed Home Perfect for Families

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We loved the artsy eclectic style that made us feel right at home. My musician son really enjoyed playing the piano, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the amazing kitchen. We truly felt like we were in paradise with our tropical surroundings right on the water. The pool and hot tub was just perfect, but being able to fish right off our own private dock was the best. Beaches are just a short drive away and have public parking access. The central location allows for day trips to other Florida destinations such as Orlando, Miami, Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, and many others. I highly recommend scheduling a visit to the space center during a launch day. Our host Cynthia thought of everything including extra towels, fishing rods, pool floats, and she even had ice cold beverages awaiting us upon our arrival. Simply one of the best vacations we've ever had. Thank you Cynthia for sharing your paradise with us.

Not a luxury rental as advertised

House was not very clean. Showers and bathrooms had mold in caulked areas. Back porch leaked like a sieve when raining, we took video of all the water. No fans outside., no see’ums invaded the porch. Had to text the owner about the roaches. To her benefit she did have a bug guy come out but we continued to see live roaches in other parts of the house afterwards. My 80years old parents came to visit. We rented this house because it was close to them. They had their 5lb Maltese with them. I got a very nasty text about how no pets were allowed and to call them immediately. I explained they were just visiting to see the grandkids. The dog was not ours nor was it staying there. Would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.

Rainy but still enjoyable

Everything was exactly how owner's Cynthia and John described their oasis and " more'.Cynthia and John were gracious hosts from greeting us to the day out vacation was over.The pool and hot tub were fabulous.
