The garden has an area of 788 m²: it includes a beautiful terrace (with direct access to the kitchen and living room) and its garden table that can accommodate eight to ten people as well as a swimming pool area (8 by 4) fully secured by .Internet fence. Books and Comics. And two surfboards plus two mountain bikes saving you a rental.

Super séjour à Saubion

Très belle maison avec piscine au calme. La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle et bien située. Un boulanger a deux pas. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Bastien. Nous reviendrons!

Heerlijk huis in prachtige omgeving

Om de hoek de bakker, een kleine kroeg waar het hele dorp ‘s morgens koffie drinkt en het bos om de hoek. Heerlijk huis met fijn zwembad.

Location maison avec nos amis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Bastien est un hôte très accueillant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Malgré un petit problème d'eau chaude durant le séjour rapidement réglé par Bastien tout s'est très bien passé.

Super séjour !!!!!!

Un grand merci à Bastien pour son accueil. Une magnifique maison, très agréable à vivre avec sa piscine et ses vastes espaces. Bastien est de bons conseils pour s’occuper dans la région et super relation. Bref...on reviendra car ce fut une très bonne semaine de vacances en famille.

Maison de vacances très agréable

La maison est très agréable et très bien située pour découvrir les Landes. Belle piscine. Proche des plages et de toutes activités. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, de bons conseils et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Super séjour à Saubion, piscine / surf / plage / forêt!!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Bastien à Saubion. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis par Bastien et Valérie, qui se sont montrés très disponibles et arrangeants. La maison est très agreable, avec son jardin et sa piscine. Elle est très bien placée, à Saubion, à deux pas de la boulangerie, de quelques petits commerces (primeurs / tabac presse), et à 10 minutes en voiture des plages de Seignosse. Super séjour! On reviendra!!
