Comfortable, friendly and warm villa, not overlooked on the terrace and swimming pool.

Living area 100 m2 on 600 m2 of land, very close to Capbreton national forest and 3 km from the beach (cycle path which starts behind the housing estate to access it or through the forest) 3 km from Capbreton, 8 km from Hossegor, 17 km from Bayonne Anglet Biarritz (Basque Country) and 50 km from Spain.

Quiet residential area in the middle of pine trees. Rest assured.

Labenne is a seaside resort, swimming at the beach is supervised and the surf school is open to all, cycle paths, Capbreton forest 200m away with many hiking trails.

Many shops nearby (food, bakeries, restaurants, bicycle / surf rental, water park and tree climbing, equestrian center and animal park).

Ideal house for family holidays.

Superbe maison idéalement située pour des vacances en famille. Brice et Sandy ont été très serviables avant et pendant notre séjour. Le seul point négatif était que seules deux des trois chambres étaient équipées de la climatisation et que l'une d'entre elles était inutilisable.

Familienurlaub im August 2023

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Brice und Sandy sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgeschmückt. Es fehlt an keiner Ausstattung, alles ist vorhanden. Der Aussenbereich samt Bar und Pool ist ganz besonders toll. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Das Haus ist abseits vom Trubel in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir kaum französisch sprechen, hat die Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt.

Juste parfait !

Encore plus joli que sur les photos... Vraiment une très belle maison ! Super équipée, lumineuse, cosy et spacieuse à la fois, un grand espace de vie convivial avec la cuisine ouverte et le bar/table/plan de travail, des chambres confortables, 2 belles salles de bain, une grande buanderie et plein de frigo et congélateur. Quant à la piscine, le bar et l'espace repas : juste parfait !! à 10 min en voiture de Labenne plage, et 20 min de Hossegor. Quartier très calme et très sécure également, ce qui repose ! Belles balades en vélo à faire dans la forêt voisine. Brice est super gentil et dispo: il nous a prêté 2 vélo et laissé de bonnes adresses à notre arrivée; Nous avons vraiment passé une excellente semaine et gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour! Location à réserver les yeux fermés !
