Plan d'étage spacieux avec un grand salon qui coule dans une salle à manger et une cuisine complÚte. Toute nouvelle literie de luxe pouvant accueillir 13 personnes dans quatre chambres à coucher, dont deux suites king.

This house was amazing, right on the beach; the views were unmatched! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans - everything we needed. The host was very responsive with any issues and always replied quickly. Our only issue was that the internet was very spotty which might be an issue for anyone working remotely while away. For us, it only affected watching streaming shows like Netflix at night. Overall an unforgettable stay!

Terrible Host and Cockroaches

Upon arrival we noticed that the ceiling was particularly low. Our 6’ guests were frequently concerned about hitting their heads on the fan. When we asked for beach towels, we were told that 13 guests get 13 towels. We were also asked to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, and other amenities. Internet worked well in some parts of the house, but not throughout the whole property. Be aware that you cannot use basic items like beach chairs that are under the deck. You will have to rent them from the beach company. Also, the microwave had rust and should be considered a hazard. Avoid using it. Shower doors need to be tended to, they were wobbly. The grossest part of the stay were the cockroaches on the main floor bathroom. Concierge was slow to respond and combative when we asked for help. Other than that the location is great. I won’t renting a property again from the people that manage this.

Constant Surveillance by Neighbor next door

The next door neighbor ruined our spring break, took videos of us, the management was constantly calling me, needed to see my ID (I'm 62 years old), broke into the house, kicked my kids off the beach (14 year old boys fishing at night). There are rules here that you need to be aware of, apparently parents are not allowed to go out to dinner and leave 14-22 year old children alone in the house.

Perfect beachfront

My family loved this house! I’ve been vacationing on the emarld coast for 45 years and this location is one of my favorites. Having the beach right off the deck is key for families with kids. The set up is perfect for two families. And the kitchen was very well stocked.

Perfect property for two families

The layout of the home was wonderful for us, sort of the upstairs is split into two separate sides (one staircase per side) - we loved being right on the beach and enjoyed all the beach toys that the house had to offer. Communication was clear and precise from the property management company. During our stay, we had multiple people ask us about the property and how to go about renting it. Kokomo is Highly recommended from our hello

Nice House

This house is very nice. Beautiful views, updated decor, lots of room, kitchen is well stocked with bakeware, etc. great parking. We went the week of Memorial Day. This beach was very crowded and congested. Although we got 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs, we were packed in like sardines with lots of other umbrellas. Also, nowhere in the description did it tell us you were not allowed to use canopies or tents. We probably will not be going back to this area.

Great place to stay, especially for large groups. We all had private rooms and bathrooms. And the views are amazing here!! Easy walk to the beach!

Wonderful Stay

Our time at this house was one of the best vacations we have taken in a long time. We spent a week there and we feel like we had a month-long break. We felt like we had been transported to a different time and place. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend. There is a great shopping area within a couple miles with several choices for restaurants. The house has plenty of room and would be good if you were taking a trip with another couple/family. There are two bedrooms on each side which provides a good separation if needed. The house is Gulf front, so our favorite thing was just relaxing watching and listening to the waves. Bring a good book and prepare to unplug from everyday life. I didn't want to leave!

The units next door are under renovation, and the construction crews show up at 8:30 and start pounding and sawing with loud music. The beach needs signage for the "private beach" as the public does not understand it is a private beach. Many of the other places have such signage.

The house has 2 bedrooms with ocean front balconies and 2 additional bedrooms. The house easily accommodated our 12 guests. The main living area has an incredible ocean view. The house has a wrap around balcony/porch, fire pit, bbq grill, access to 4 bikes and plenty of outdoor seating. You will not be disappointed. We definitely will be back . Highly recommend!
