Newly Built 2 BR Villa with Private Pool - Hill Top Ocean Views - Constant Breeze and 5 min drive to beach.

Fully equipped and freshly designed in a simple Caribbean style, this 2 BR & 2 Bath Villa can accommodate 4 guests and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding areas with an ocean backdrop of Long Bay Beach - a world-class kiteboarding destination.

The space
Flame Tree Villas is a private gated property on top of Long Bay Hills. The views are vast and the breeze constantly refreshes you.

Our villas have 2 King Bedrooms with individually controlled AC and en suite, spacious living areas (ceiling fans but no AC) and exterior terraces with pool and BBQ grill.

The entrance to the property (gated area and parking spot) is shared with the guests in the other villa.

Our villas are fully equipped with everything you should need.
You only need your personal toiletries.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were a 5 min drive to Long Bay Beach ( we went 4 times and was an fav for us) and about 10 min from Grace Bay Area. We very much enjoyed the daily treats from their bakery. Hosts were very responsive to any questions, suggestions for things to do, very accommodating. Graceway Gourmet was 5-10 min away for your shopping needs. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were fantastic!

Great Location with Private Pool

We had a wonderful vacation! Property was clean and comfortable and appointed with all the essentials. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Eric was an incredible host who was very welcoming, responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He even brought us fresh bakery each morning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The host brought us homemade pastries every morning which was an added bonus. The private pool was awesome especially after a busy day of excursions. I would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting the island to stay at this place!

Winter get away

Exactly as pictured! There is a house identical next door but no one was renting so it made for a very quiet and private stay! We loved the croissants every morning, such a treat!

Peaceful property

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. The owner Eric, was gracious and responsive. He also brought us yummy fresh baked goods almost every morning. Kitchen tools/dinnerware needs more stocking, but overall, a wonderful stay. We would recommend.

New Favorite Vacation Destination

Loved visiting the island and loved returning back to the Villa after a long day beach hopping. Eric was a great host meeting us upon arrival with a gift beverage and out did himself with amazing croissants each morning, spoiling us. The comfort and ambience of the villa made us feel like we were coming home each day. Can't wait to get back to Provo!

Great property for a family or 2 couples

This property was a great fit for our needs. Location was good, in a very quite peaceful neighborhood. Eric, was very friendly, accomodating and responsive to our needs. Plus, he provided a nice bonus everyday of fresh croissants from his bakery. If we ever went back to T&C this property would be our first choice.

Perfect location; close to beaches

Eric's home is perfectly situated to Grace Bay and all shops. We loved the extra touch of having warm croissants from Eric's bakery available on the patio. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. We loved how quiet the house was - it's situated along a quieter, more private road. The kitchen was perfect and allowed us to cook all of our meals at home. Graceway Gourmet is located less than 10 minutes' drive for all of your grocery needs.

We were thrilled the moment we drove up to the gate! It was exactly what we hoped for and as described only better. The house was set up perfectly for a small family and we had the luxury of our own villa and many options for beaches, shopping, dinners, and more. The hosts were excellent and we will be back!! The morning pastries on our doorsteps when we awoke only made this more memorable as we sipped coffee and ate delicious homemade baked good while enjoying a gorgeous setting...

Absolutely Amazing

From arrival to departure, our stay was impeccable! The villa is so clean and well kept. Modern and beautiful! The pool was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed it very much! We rented a car and it took no time to get to downtown and beaches. What made staying here even more special was waking up to fresh baked goods every morning! I absolutely love croissants so having them every morning was lovely!!! We cannot wait to return!

Excellent Villa

My family of 4 stayed at Flame Tree Villa #3 for the Christmas week and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The villa was exactly as described and the checkin process was seamless and smooth. The villa has plenty of space to spread out and has great views of the ocean from the patio. The villa is very close to many beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Eric and Jacinthe were very prompt with their communication and were super helpful with any queries. The highlight of the trip were the fresh baked treats Eric dropped off every morning and the bottle of Prosecco on Christmas Day!! Thank you Eric and Jacinthe for an amazing experience!

Relaxing Escape

Flame Villa #4 was perfectly appointed with everything we needed to relax and escape for the holidays. The kitchen was stocked with the basic tools such that I could turn out lovely meals with ease. The grill was clean and propane filled. The pool was clean and inviting. We even used the beach chairs and cooler provided for a day at Grace Bay Beach. Eric was lovely to bring croissants every morning of our stay as well as respond to requests. Eric seems to have thought of every detail. We would stay again, most definitely.

First Turks Getaway

Eric and the property were beautiful and just as advertised. My wife and I travel with our friends all throughout the Caribbean once a year to different islands; this was our first trips to the Turks. It was such a pleasure to actually receive something that you picture in your mind or hear about. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the front deck and Eric arriving each morning to provide us with plentiful fresh croissants was a special treat and an awesome way to start each day. Beaches, golf, shopping and restaurants are all close by with just a quick drive. We had a rental jeep and it worked out perfectly for us. We look forward to visiting Eric again in the future!

Ocean view, privacy plus the comforts of home

Our college age son chose to join us on a return trip to the island since we all have amazing memories of swimming with eagle rays feeding just off shore. While the isolated beach fronts no longer exist due to development, the easy water access and quiet snorkeling still do, and we enjoyed daily trips to the ocean. And what a treat to return to cooling breezes and a private pool to relax in the evening! With the development has come many more restaurant options so we splurged on grilled fish and key lime pie every day while our son could choose burgers & fries to his heart’s content. Eric was a gracious host: easy to reach but unobtrusive even as he dropped off fresh pastries each morning. The raucous airport and free-wheeling highway roundabouts were worth it to reach this special property.

Lovely place with gracious hosts.

We loved our stay at Eric's place. The villa is private, comfortable and spacious with everything you may need for you stay. Full kitchen, onsite laundry, beach chairs and umbrella are also provided along with a cell phone to use during the stay. The pool and terrace offer great outdoor space for entertainment. The fresh ocean breeze is an added bonus. We travelled with our eight month old baby, he loved spending time in the pool and slept comfortably in air conditioned bedroom. Full kitchen is great for cooking if you like to cook. My wife and I drink tea in the morning and thats all we used the kitchen for. We loved the pastries (simply amazing) with our tea that Eric brought every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at flame tree villa and would highly reccommed anyone visiting TCI. If you ever get to meet Eric's wife, she is a kind and generous soul. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Thanksgiving in Turks and Caicos

We spent 7 nights at Flame Tree Villa. Eric was a gracious host. He welcomed our party of four with a bottle of champagne and daily pastries every morning. Four beach chairs, a small cooler, and sun umbrella were available at the villa for usage. However, the umbrella was missing after searching, but Eric promptly replaced it. We rented a Jeep Cherokee at the airport upon arrival and enjoyed most days at Grace Bay just a short drive from the villa. Sunset Beach was our beach of choice. We stocked up on groceries at the Gourmet Market also just a short drive away. We cooked some meals at the villa, and found the kitchen well equipped. We found the villa very clean and nicely furnished, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms sufficient. The only caveat of our stay were a few pesky mosquitoes in the villa. Given the time of year, late November, and the fact a tropical storm had just passed over the island the morning of our arrival, the mosquitoes should have been expected, and we better prepared. Thank you Eric for your hospitality.

Peaceful Paradise

This property is located very close to best beaches, very clean, peaceful, and made our time at Turks very special! The host brought us delicious croissants, and was very quick to bring us a replacement blender, when the one at house was not working. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place to stay! It was perfect!

Great stay

The hosts had excellent communication and were so easy to get in contact with. The house is just a short drive to Grace Bay (~5min) so it was a great spot! We also loved the baked goods we received each morning, definitely a lovely perk :)

Mini paradise in Long bay

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and the WiFi was strong. I woke up every morning to pastries on the outdoor dining table and the most gorgeous sunrise with the ocean in distance. The location was a little difficult for taxis to find because there is a road with a similar name but it was easy to find my way around after a day. I would recommend a car. I didn’t want to attempt driving on the left side of the road so I walked to the beach (20 mins) and took taxis. If you’re braver than me you will see more of the island with a vehicle. You can’t walk to restaurants but a lot of the popular ones deliver and the grocery stores stay open till 11pm in case you need a midnight snack.
