This beautiful home is perfect for hosting gatherings with loved ones! You'll have all the space you need with six bedrooms, two and a half baths, a spacious living room, and a large dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. Each bedroom is equipped with TV/Cable for your entertainment, and the dining room can comfortably seat up to 12 people. You can enjoy outdoor dining and conversations on the two decks while keeping your little ones safe with the gate by the steps. There's even an outdoor hot/cold shower conveniently located behind the home. You'll have two parking spaces on the right side of the house. What's even better is that the rental includes 6 beach tags, which will save you over $200 in costs!

We stayed here with five families and had a fantastic time. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own rooms, and we especially appreciated the large dining table for group meals. The outdoor shower was a great touch, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, and boardwalk amenities. Amy was incredibly helpful leading up to our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We rented 2 houses for 21 of my family members. I didn't actually stay at this address, but was there in the beginning to drop off supplies. The home was clean and well stocked. Many of the supplies I brought weren't necessary. My family members voted this house was better than the 2nd house we rented the year before.

Nice but older home. Lots of space!

Easy check-in with code. It’s an older home so small kitchen but lots of seating in the dining room and living room. The kitchen needs some large pots for cooking pasta. The largest is for seafood and the next largest only fit 1 pound at a time. So it’s not adequate for a group of 15. 2 dining room chairs need repaired or replaced. The 3rd floor air conditioners do not work as they should. We went to Walmart and purchased fans for those 2 rooms. It has a lovely porch and is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach.

Great weekend!

The location is fantastic (so close to the beach) and there was plenty of space to sleep all of us (with room leftover). We had a great time! My only callout to make sure to bring your own linens and towels, or plan to rent. Those are not included with the rental.

City to Shore

As we biked the City to Shore MS charity bike ride part of our team of 21 stayed in this house (10) i.e. my son, girlfriend and friends. We stayed in another property in Ocean CIty. Our son gave good feedback : clean house and very comfortable beds. It was important to get a good night's sleep in order to bike the 75 miles back to Philly on Sunday ! We rented the house for Saturday and Sunday but the group actually only stayed one night.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful week at OCNJ! This house is in a great location and was a perfect fit for our family of 14. It was so nice to be within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. Amy was very responsive to our email questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I grew up in New Jersey, spending my summers at home but it was that magical week that I remember the most, my time in Ocean City. My family would rent a larger home so my cousins and other family friends could build those precious memories.

Why they chose this property

I love this house! Built in 1911, remodeled and updates several times (down to the studs). This house is still vintage and has the feeling of a great beach house!
