Located on quiet Haven Avenue, you have front door access to the bike path, and you are walking distance to Dot’s Pastries and 34th Street amenities including: a playground which includes tennis and basketball courts, ACME food store, Wawa, CVS, Hoys 5&10, ice cream stores, and various food/eating facilities. Fishing and crabbing dock is available under the 34th St. Bridge along with access to kayak and paddle boarding. You have quick and a simple off-island access via a short drive over the 34th St. Bridge to more restaurants, a marina, liquor stores and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to the 31st and 32nd Street beaches, you are close to the 34th St. beach which has a public rest room, umbrella and chair rentals and is handicap accessible which makes the beach location ideal for families with young children or elderly guests. Ocean City is a family friendly beach resort which offers a one of the area’s best boardwalk and amusement piers. (6 beach tags are included.)
Our home is a first floor convenient access property. The home has 4 bedrooms and a queen sized pull out sofa, 2 full baths, an open living room and dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The beds include:

2 Queens
3 Singles (including bunk beds)
and a pull out Queen couch
The home includes a large front porch with an outside picnic bench and back porch with seating. We provide five HD cable equipped TVs, a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. An outside shower and car port are included which allows up to 4 off street parking spaces.
The house was recently completely renovated with hard wood floors, new carpet, new paint and new bedding. A completely renovated kitchen includes new appliances.

We do not allow pets.
We only rent to families, and those that are 25 years of age, or older. The maximum number of overnight renters is 12.
