The entire property is a non-smoking rental. This includes the decks and carport.

We do not allow pets.

We rent only to families and to individuals 25 years of age or older. The maximum number of overnight renters is 12.

This renovated, family-friendly beach house sleeps 10-11 guests and is just three blocks from the beach in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on quiet Haven Avenue, you have front door access to the bike path, and you are walking distance to Dot’s Pastries and 34th Street amenities, including: a playground which includes tennis and basketball courts, ACME food store, Wawa, CVS, Hoy's 5&10, ice cream stores, and various food/eating facilities. The fishing and crabbing dock is available under the 34th St. Bridge, along with access to kayaks and paddleboarding.

You have quick and simple off-island access via a short drive over the 34th St. Bridge to more restaurants, a marina, liquor stores, and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to the 31st and 32nd Street beaches, you are close to the 34th St. beach, which has a public restroom, umbrella and chair rentals, and is wheelchair-accessible, making the beach location ideal for families with young children or elderly guests. Ocean City is a family-friendly beach resort that offers one of the area’s best boardwalks and amusement piers. (6 beach tags are included.)

Our home is a first floor convenient access property. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open living room and dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

The home includes a large front porch with seating for 8, an outside picnic table, and a back porch with seating for 4. We provide five HD cable-equipped TVs, a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. An outside shower and carport are included, which allows up to 4 off-street parking spaces.

The house was recently renovated, featuring LVT floors, new carpet, new paint, and new bedding. A completely renovated kitchen includes new appliances.

The address is 3124 Haven Avenue, Ocean City, NJ. The rental is on the1st Floor.

The keyless entry code is provided the week before the rental, as codes are changed between rentals.

Check in on Saturday after 3pm. Check out Saturday by 10am.

Off-Season check in and check out times are a little more flexible base on availablity.
