Charming duplex for rent in the center of Bergerac
Our apartment is suitable for a couple or a couple with a child.
Our apartment is located in the city center so very easy access on foot. It is in our common garden at our house. Duplex of 60 m2 very bright where you will find everything necessary for your stay:
- on the ground floor: equipped kitchen (fridge, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, cabinets, office), WI-FI, veranda, a small terrace and a large bay window overlooking the park
- Upstairs: small living room with sofa bed, TV cabinet, bathroom with shower / toilet / sink and a bedroom with bed 160X190, storage furniture.
We are privileged to have a fenced park of 1000 m2 in the city center in a quiet and residential area.
Free parking in the street in front of the house.
The apartment is located 5 minutes drive from the nearest vineyards: Pecharmant and Monbazillac located on hillsides overlooking the town of Bergerac. The Dordogne River flows through the city revealing the old quarter of Bergerac beautiful with its half-timbered houses, small squares and its many shops and restaurants. Bergerac is famous for its gastronomy: foie gras, porcini mushrooms and truffle as well as for its quality wines. At 15 minutes on foot it is possible to bathe at Lake Pombonne whose beach is supervised. If you walk along the Dordogne, you can visit one of the most beautiful departments of France with its small villages clinging to the cliffs and enjoy ballads on land as on water by canoe.
Bergerac is located between BORDEAUX and SARLAT at 1 h 15 minutes from each city by car.
It is 45 minutes from ST Emilion.

- rental of sheets for the bed in 160: 20 euros and sofa bed: 15 euros
- cleaning: 40 euros
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival on Saturday from 4 pm and departure before 10 am
Deposit required: 150 euros.
