The property is well located near Bergerac with plenty of shops, bakeries, and supermarkets for all your daily needs.The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals.The host, Benoit, is very responsive to all inquiries. Furthermore, Benoit is a very generous man. He offered to reimburse us for the 5 days we lost power in the house due to the rainstorms. Benoit even suggested filing an insurance claim to compensate us further for the food we lost when the freezer defrosted and the 2 nights we had to stay at a hotel because the house heating did not work.

Nice property shame about the standards

When we pulled up the house looked very attractive. Inside the house was stunning.Then it went downhill. The place was dirty with half opened food left in the fridge, in excess of 100 flies dead and alive in the downstairs toilet and bathroom. Cobwebs in corners. Outside the pool was full of green algae and had not been cleaned for a long time so we had to clean the pool. The Ratton furniture chair was broken, both large parasols were broken and we had to temporarily fix one with a peg.Outside you are on a main road so can be quite noisy.To top it off the host tried to charge us an extra 200 saying we left it dirty and broke a pool cue which was already broken.

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, avec un grand jardin, et une très belle piscine.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques, avaient prévus beaucoup de choses pour nous faciliter la vie, et étaient accessibles.Nous étions 5 mais aurions facilement pu être plus.Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Excellent séjour en famille !
