Cozy and flowery garden with a sunny south-facing terrace.
Exceptional view of the first floor.
The surf spot is 5 minutes by bike, horse riding, shops at 1km.
2 very cute cats live in the house and outside at night.
4 large bedrooms, including a master suite with a splendid view of the ocean.
2 spacious living rooms, one bathed in light with music listening room, and the other being a TV or reading corner with a wood stove. WIFI connection.
A 20m2 contemporary fitted kitchen with a large island and a dining room.
3 bathrooms and toilets on each floor.
This large house can accommodate up to 8 people, bicycles can be provided, rental of surfboards nearby as well as horse riding club at 100m walk.
The beach of Ste Barbe, the village, the hiking trails offer the possibility of activities for all ages.
