Come see why everyone loves Waterdance at Bear Lake. Blue Topaz is a beautiful home, perfect for your next large group gathering or retreat, with access to our amazing indoor and outdoor pools.

Waterdance Bear Lake is located in the center of Garden City, Utah. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool/spa with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool access open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to trails leading to mountains.

We are located in the heart of Garden City, Utah at Bear Lake, within walking distance, via the bike path, to shops and beach with easy access to trails leading to great mountain hikes.

Blue Topaz has one large kitchen on the main floor and two smaller kitchens on subsequent floors.

The entire home can be rented together and it is attached to the Aquamarine or Cobalt units off of the main floor kitchens through two doors. All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware and are also stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

Perfect space for a huge group

Our family reunion, of 35 people, spent the weekend here. The 3 kitchens and 10 bathrooms made it so comfortable and spacious. The Wi-if was strong. We made all of our meals together, played inside and out. The b-ball on the third floor occupied the teens for hours, the playroom was perfect for the little, and the slide was used by all ages. It is a wonderful place to stay! The yard is much smaller than the pictures show, but we had plenty of space on the side of the house for volleyball, soccer, and other games. The only issue was the two side units were both rental by one family and we had random people coming in to slide down the slide, walking in the back sliding door to our living room, standing on our porch or sitting on our chairs the whole weekend, as they went between their units. We had to return many lost children and it was a bit uncomfortable when we went outside to do our activities because we had to ask to use our own stuff.

Everything BUT the grill

The lodging was fantastic; three floors, multiple kitchens, large dining area and living area. Bedrooms were very nice with TVs, etc. Only issue was the cleanliness of the grill - it was horrible! We couldn't use it until we spent about 60 minutes cleaning it. This is my only complaint!

Amazing Home - Plenty of Play & Space

We had our family of 20 stay at this amazing home. Plenty of bedrooms with own bathrooms. The kids LOVED the slide and other play areas that kept them entertained all day. The location was convenient. Adam was great at responding to questions. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing House!

we loved our stay at this house so much! It is a perfect setting for a large group! There are three kitchens plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone our kids played on the slide 4 hours, we couldn't have been happier!
