This property boasts all the comforts of home and is just a short walk to the beach on beautiful South Hutchinson Island. The two-story townhouse is fully furnished with new furniture for all rooms including the family room, a spacious master and a super cute guest room -- both with large closets. Fully furnished kitchen is ready for cooking and entertaining and the oversized carport offers covered parking -- nice for both protection from the elements as well as a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail at the bistro table.

2 Bedrooms for price of 1 bedroom.

Fort Pierce offers the Fort Pierce inlet, the Sunrise Theatre, the farmers market, miles of easy access beaches, and a variety of Tiki Bars.

If you want to take a nice short day trip there are plenty of options. Vero Beach is about 18 miles north, Jensen Beach is 18 miles south, Stuart is 22 miles south, then you have Hobe Sound and Jupiter a little further south.

We were very pleased with our stay in this townhouse. It has everything needed to be comfortable. The location is great as it’s close to parks, beaches, restaurants and shopping. Great beach getaway!

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. We stayed at Mr Larry’s beach cottage and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! After the games, we were steps away from the beach which was never crowded. The check-in & check-out process was hassle-free. Mr. Larry stayed in touch and was helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely visit again!!

This place has everything you could hope for and more!!! Checking in and out was a breeze. This was a perfect home away from home. We couldn't be happier with our experience. This property allows you to enjoy the small town beach feeling. Your blood pressure goes down, you forget about about your worries, and you are carried back to a simpler time. Long walks on the beach, saying hello to your neighbors, enjoying music while you are wearing sandals and a t-shirt. Come try it out!

What makes this property unique

This unit allows you to sit on the upper deck and watch the sunset over the Indian River. A simple pleasure that will make you feel great. You head east just 100 feet and you can already hear the waves crashing on the uncrowded beach.
