"I really can't say enough great things about this rental experience. The location is absolutely perfect relative to both proximity to the beach and all things 30-A. Also, you can't put a price tag on the fact that the beach in front of the condo is private. Being able to walk out to our chair setup without being suffocated by other beachgoers was more than just a highlight.....it made the experience so much more enjoyable.
The condo itself (as you can tell from the pictures) was absolutely...

"Best owner ever. We were coming with a packed car and didn’t have room for our beach chairs. We reached out to the owner about beach chairs, who stated the unit should have some, but then she also ordered brand new beach chairs that were waiting for us when we arrived. Prefect place, perfect location, and the perfect owner. Thank you!"

"You cannot get a better location overlooking the gulf on a private beach, hidden off 30A, while close to great restaurants, shops and groceries. The walkover to the beach is just steps from the unit. While the furnishings are basic, the host provides everything one could need, all functional and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and bonus, a king size bed in master. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back. "
