About this property

Villa with terrific mediterranean garden located next to beaches and mountains

You will understand at first sight why we fell in love with this villa. It is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden of 1000 m2 with its ten species of palm trees, citrus fruits, olive trees and of course its swimming pool and separate plunge pool. Choose the sweet and quiet life in the sun or in the shade out of the sight of neigbors. In the late afternoon, the sun illuminates the sandstone of the summer kitchen, this is the perfect time to have a drink and prepare the BBQ.

The interior was completely renovated in 2021: There is a spacious living and eating room with large windows overlooking the terrace. The table can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is also new (May 2021) and fully equipped.

2nd bedroom with a bed of 160 cm convertible
At the mezzanine level (open space) a bed of 140 cm (sleeper sofa with additional top mattress) with access to the large covered terrace of 53 m2

The whole house is air conditioned. You have a WIFI inside the villa and in the garden, the TV is equipped both with an internet and a satellite receiver for ASTRA (channels in English, German, Spanish).
Also at your disposal an additional shower room, a washing machine and dryer.
The ground is enclosed with a wall and there is enough space for three cars.

You will dispose of the whole property for your stay.

Please note that the villa is not adapted for handicapped persons, but this may depend very much on the individual. Please contact us upfront in order to speak about details.

Prior to handing over the keys a deposit of 1000 € is requested to be paid by wire transfer on the owner's account. The deposit will be fully reimbursed within 7 days maximum if no damages were caused.

Absolutely stunning villa there is literally everything you need there you don’t need to bring anything apart from your clothes, the pool/ barbecue area/ outside space is fantastic we highly recommend this property also the 3 tortoises who live at the back of the villa are so cute, it is a very quiet area so a car is recommended to get out and about, Dietrich the host is always at hand for any questions he was very helpful,there is a lovely restaurant which we visited regularly “sur la place”overall a beautiful place will definitely return very relaxing.

A wonderful week in paradise

This property offered everything we could possibly want and more. The house and gardens are just perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool was so welcome after a day's exploring. We honestly can't think of anything that we'd change.........the owner was so helpful and communication throughout was efficient and effortless. My only reservation in recommending this property is that it might make it difficult for us to return!!!

The house was clean and well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. It was advertised as 3 bedroomed and, although it says mezzanine further down the description, we were disappointed to have to make up the sofa bed ourselves. It also effected access to the upper terrace. Because there wasn't a pool cover any heat it acquired during the day was lost overnight, making it too cold for 2 of us to enjoy. We struggled to get the aircon working at night, which is when we needed it. We couldnt open windows due to the amount of insect life determined to feast on some of us!

Joli cocon paradisiaque entre mer et montagne

Une fois la porte franchie on a l’impression d’être dans un autre monde : le jardin avec ses magnifiques palmiers, l’aménagement extérieur avec toutes ses essences d’arbres et de fleurs et bien sur la piscine et le petit bassin très appréciés pendant cette canicule nous procurent un sentiment de bien être. Sans vis à vis cet extérieur entièrement clôturé a permis à notre chien de se dégourdir un peu les pattes, entre les siestes sous la climatisation ! L’intérieur de la maison est conforme à la description, rien ne manque et la cuis ine est très bien équipée. On se sent comme à la maison, la terrasse du haut est très agréable également. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, toutes les informations nécessaires sont envoyées en amont, Dietrich est très réactif et nous permet de ne penser qu’à nos vacances sans questions à se poser. Excellent accueil de Corinne également. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir, d’autant que le région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activités et de visites.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Der Garten ist ein Traum, die Küche ist schön eingerichtet und mein persönliches Highlight waren die Schildkröten, die wir füttern durften. Es ist alles sehr sauber da, Puimisson ist ein angenehm ruhiger Ort und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum! Topmodern eingerichtete Küche, toller Pool, schönes Bad ....ein Traum! Problemlösung top. Herr Wolf gibt auch Tips für Ausflüge und wo man gutes Olivenöl beziehen kann. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuss in den Weinbergen. Auch die Übergabe mit Corinne war unkompliziert. Man versucht hier wirklich auf alle Wünsche einzugehen! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von unserer Seite! Ein toller Urlaub, den wir nie mehr vergessen werden!

Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Pool und Garten

Lieber Herr Wolf, wir waren begeistert von Ihrer schönen Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Puimisson vollends genossen. Wir wurden sehr nett von Corinne empfangen und konnten problemlos einchecken. Das Haus besticht durch die komfortable Inneneinrichtung inklusive Klimaanlage sowie vollausgestatteter Küche. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich wie im Garten Eden. Man entdeckt immer neue Früchte und Pflanzen. Highlights sind natürlich die beiden Pools, die 2x pro Woche gereinigt werden. Die vielen Sitzecken und Liegen laden zum Verweilen unter den Palmen ein. Viel Freude hatten wir mit den drei Schildkröten, die ihr eigenes Reich hinter dem Haus haben. Auf dem riesigen Balkon haben wir jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee und den Ausblick genossen. Wir haben uns aufgrund der kompletten Umfriedung und der Rollläden vor den Fenstern sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten für mehrere Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück sind gegeben. Es hat uns besonders gut gefallen, dass das Haus recht mittig im beschaulichen Puimisson und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Generell bietet sich Puimisson ideal an, um Ausflüge in die Region oder an die Strände zu unternehmen. Ihnen, lieber Herr Wolf, noch einmal herzlichen Dank für die durchweg nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes! Ein kleines Paradies in Südfrankreich

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Insbesondere der sehr schön angelegte Pool hat uns sofort begeistert und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wir haben uns dort sehr gerne aufgehalten. Das Haus selbst ist wirklich großartig. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Wohn- / Essbereich, eine moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Badezimmer und gemütliche Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, was insbesondere an den heißen Sommertagen wirklich angenehm ist. Auch sonst ist einfach alles vorhanden und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe waren sehr unkompliziert. Vom freundlichen Empfang durch eine Concierge, über die nette Nachfrage vom Vermieter, ob alles in Ordnung ist, bis hin zu Poolreinigung, die zwei Mal pro Woche von einer Firma früh morgens unauffällig durchgeführt wurde. Auch die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ist optimal. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Béziers ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen und viele weitere schöne Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in weniger als einer Stunde. Insgesamt ist das wirklich alles auf sehr hohem Niveau und besser als wir es in den meisten anderen vergleichbaren Ferienhäusern erlebt haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Une maison parfaite pour un été en famille

Maison parfaitement et complètement équipée, gérée avec le plus grand soin et un extérieur charmant à souhait, entre arbres fruitiers, palmiers et bien entendu une piscine exquise pour supporter les températures caniculaires ou illustrer à merveille ses souvenirs de vacances. Superbe maison, super séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à Puimisson. La maison est très belle et parfaitement équipée, conformément à la description et aux photos. Les différentes terrasses sont bien agréables pour profiter du soleil ou au contraire pour se reposer à l'ombre. La psicine et le petit bassin sont quant à eux de parfaites dimensions et parfaitement entretenus. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Villa Puimisson

Wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann hat die Villa eine schöne grüne Wiese. Leider fehlte diese vor Ort. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse die zum entspannen einläd hatte leider bei der Sitzgruppe keine Auflagen, nur nackte Möbel, schade. Die Korbsitzgruppe vor der Haustüre, hinter der Plastikbambushecke , war sehr brüchig und sah nicht vertrauenserweckend aus, wir haben diese lieber nicht genutzt.Auf der Terrasse stehen Holzgartenmöbel nicht wie auf den Fotos Gusseisernemöbel mit dünnen Kissen. Die Treppe in den Pool besteht aus drei Stufen , dadurch sind die Stufen sehr hoch. Für Menschen die nicht mehr ganz Jung sind und schlechter laufen können nicht zu bewältigen. Die Matratzen in dem. Zimmer zum Pool sind sehr hart. Nachdem das kostenlose stonieren beendet war kam eine mehrseitiger Hausvertrag den man unterschrieben zurücksenden musste, sowie eine Forderung über eine von unserer Versicherung ausgestelltes Schreiben, dass wir und unser Hund Haftpflicht versichert sind, ca. 14 Tage vor der Anreise. Schwierig, wenn man schon im Urlaub ist. Dies hätte man alles direkt nach Buchung erledigen können. Ach ja drei Mal in der Woche mussten wir die Mülltonnen zu einer Straßenkreutzung bringen und wieder abholen. Bei Abreise wurde eine Hausbesichtigung durch zwei Leute mit Video dürchgeführt um eventuelle Defekte oder nicht ordendlich gereinigtes Haus aufzudecken. Wir kamen uns vor wie im Internat aber nicht wie im Urlaub. Positiv war die Rücküberweisung der Kaution sehr schnell.

Urlaub zwischen Meer und Bergeb

Wir hatten das Haus ca 10 Tage Ende August / Anfang September da wir dem Rummel entgehen wollten und die Preise im Allgemeinen deutlich niedriger sind. Da wir ca 10km jeden Tag mit dem Hund spazieren aber auch ein bisschen kulturell unterwegs sein wollten, fiel die Wahl auf diese Region und auch auf das Haus von Herrn W. Top sauber, exzellent organisiert (in allen Bereichen), strategisch optimal platziert und mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor versehen, können wir das Haus und die Region wärmstens empfehlen- alles klappte wie am Schnürchen, das Haus ist für uns perfekt gewesen und bietet einen hohen Standard… viele kleine sehenswerte Örtchen in einer schönen Natur … eigentlich alles was man braucht . Entspannung pur in traumhafter Umgebung.

Ganz nette Hausübergabe. Die Villa, das Grundstück und der Privatpool sind ein Traum. Komplett uneinsehbares und umschlossenes Grundstück. Unser Hund hat sich genau so wohl gefühlt wie wir. Die Villa ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Das Meer ist ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Herr Wolf (Eigentümer der Villa) ist sehr nett und gibt jede Menge Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und steht für jeden Rat zur Seite. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

très belle maison

La maison est conforme aux photos et à l'annonce. Tout est beau, la décoration est de bon goût. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est disponible pour cuisiner. La présence du barbecue ET de la plancha permet de convenir à chacun. La terrasse à l'étage est magnifique mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé, de part sa disposition. Le piscine est très agréable avec le petit bassin. Il manque juste une douche solaire peut être... Les végétaux présents donnent une impression de nature et de tropique, c'est très agréable. La terrasse couverte du bas est un peu étroite pour manger à plus de 4. Il faut se mettre au niveau de la piscine, et trouver l'ombre. Le service de conciergerie est très bien. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. C'était de très belles vacances en famille!

Traumhaftes Haus mit unglaublich schönem Garten

Die Bilder werden dem Objekt nicht gerecht, es ist noch viel schöner. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist weitläufig und hochwertig ausgestattet, mit vielen liebevollen Details, man merkt, dass der Vermieter dieses selbst nutzt. Gute Betten, neue, gut ausgestattete Küche.Alles sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt, ein Kompliment an die nette Concierge die uns empfing. Der Garten ist unglaublich schön, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen, viele Palmen , überall teure Blumenkübel mit Pflanzen. Der Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Der Pool ist groß und ebenfalls sehr schön, die Reinigung erfolgte 2x wöchentlich immer pünktlich um 8 Uhr, ein weiteres Kompliment an die Poolreinigungsfirma, die sehr aufwändig reinigte. Puimisson liegt sehr zentral um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Essen ist sehr spanisch geprägt, was uns besser gefiel als an der Côte d‘Azur. Der Vermieter Herr Wolf ist sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Kurzum wir kommen wieder. Ich habe nicht mal das Meer vermisst, wer braucht das schon bei so einem Garten. Herrlicher Urlaub unter Palmen.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu früh zu Ende. Wir waren vom Haus total gegeistert, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und auch an der Ausstattung war nichts zu beanstanden. Der SPool, der 2x pro Woche professionell gereinigt wird, liegt eingebettet in einem herrlichen Garten umringt mit Palmen und sonstigen mediterranen Pflanzen. Ein Ort wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Der Garten ist rundum zu was natürlich ein Plus für Hundebesitzer ist. Außerordentlich gut hat uns auch noch die Privatsphäre gefallen die das Haus zu bieten hat. Mir möchten uns hiermit noch persönlich bedanken bei dem Vermieter Herrn Wolf für den netten Kontakt/Empfang und nicht zu vergessen bei Emilie die uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Superbe !

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe ! Les photos sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec goût et possède tout le nécessaire avec un grand plus pour la climatisation. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le beau jardin méditerranéen et la piscine nous ont permis de nous ressourcer et tout ça sans aucun vis à vis ! Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller sur les restaurants et les activités à faire. Je recommande vivement cette location !

Vacances villa Puimisson

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette villa, dès l'ouverture du portillon une vue à couper le souffle donnant sur la piscine entourée de magnifiques palmiers, bananiers, poteries et autre, un veritable coin de paradis, on pourrait y passer la semaine sen même bouger. Les photos du site ne dévoilent qu'en partie la beauté de la propriété. En intérieur tout est agencé avec goût, l'électroménager et la vaisselle y sont très complet, rien ne manque. Le plus : la terrasse attenante à la chambre mezzanine est splendide et très grande (un billard, un baby-foot ou une table de tennis de table serait un plus). Concernant la région, simplement magnifique, nous avons eu l'occasion de faire du canyoning en famille a st Guillem le désert (avec Michel superbe moniteur chez Trace aventure) des vues à couper le souffle, émotions garanties, de la rando en quad aux alentours du lac de Salagou, du canoë kayak a Roquebrun, et une ballade en vélo jusqu'à Beziers a travers les vignes pour aller voir les 9 écluses de fonseranes Notre seul regret est de n'avoir eu qu'une seule semaine, tant il y a de site à visiter et d activites à faire, bref des vacances idyllique.
