After vacationing for years on Lake Murray, we finally found our dream Lake Home, and are now sharing with others. This resort-like custom home in the most premium location on the lake offers the perfect escape for fun and relaxation! The impossible to find location has both open water and swimming cove waterfront, a beautiful view of the Dam, Custom Cabana with giant bed swing, Pool, Paddleboards, Dock and all on a beautifully landscaped lot. Huge porches offers amazing views and open spaces to enjoy the outdoors, while the luxurious memory foam mattresses of all four unique guest suites wait to help you dream of the lake adventures to come..

This custom, 4 bedroom, split level property is a Lake Murray dream come true, with expansive views, and a picture perfect manicured yard and pool oasis. The King Size master suite, main kitchen, living and dining are upstairs with multiple French doors accessing a style screened porch at tree height, while the downstairs has three guest rooms and a separate living area and kitchenette that are super comfy and kid friendly.

The Master suite is a King Bed with beautiful walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub, featuring sliding glass doors opening to the huge screened in upper porch for beautiful lake views and breezes.

The lower level features three bedrooms, two of which have their own full bathroom, and separate living area, with small kitchenette for convenience in a spacious laundry room. This floor also has a large porch with swing, grill and rocking chairs.

The yard lures you to the pool and lake on a beautiful stone path over a shaded play yard. In summer, the pool never turns into a bathtub as there is perfect shade until mid morning and then again mid afternoon, so you can swim and play without frying all day. The cabana is a destination of it's own, and the center of activity year round. You'll have a hard time fighting off a nap in the giant custom suspended porch swing, and even the hottest days offer a shaded lake breeze all day. An excursion fishing kayak also await for exploring the lake or fishing.

**IMPORTANT NOTES - The house has unlocked access to a pool and lake frontage, so families must be responsible for any older children brought. We do not allow babies or toddlers, and strongly caution against having any children at the property who are not capable swimmers and/or properly supervised at all times! The house is not 'baby-proofed' as well, so there are no things such as outlet covers or lack of breakable items at little kid heights.

Only guests of the property are allowed on the property. If you would like to have any additional people at the house for a small gathering such as a birthday celebration, permission must be granted in advance, and the total number of people must be limited to less than 14. The home is on a septic system, so limitations on water use is very important.
