On North Lake Dr (Hwy 6) next to Dam, Lexington side. 20 mins from downtown Columbia, 3 miles from Lexington and Irmo. Large 5 acre lot with a 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home. Situated on a protected cove, the home has magnificent sunset views of the Lake. The waterfront includes a lighted permanent dock with Gazebo and large floating dock and private boat ramp.

This spacious living area includes a Great Room, large dining area and kitchen. There is a 42 foot screened porch overlooking the lake with ceiling fans, dining table and seating areas. There is also an outside deck with picnic table and gas grill.

Great for family vacations, business retreats, Tournament Bass fisherman, USC Football Weekends, and The Masters.

This home is peaceful and has beautiful views. It has a wonderful open space and kitchen for families to gather. With 4 private bedrooms and 2 full baths. The king bedroom is upstairs and that bed is very comfortable.The host was extremely responsive when we needed him for minor issues. If you enjoy peace and beauty this is the place to rent!

Host is very responsive. House is perfect for ours needs. Huge screened in back porch with a view of the lake. Plenty of room for our college kids to come over for a home cooked meal and we don’t have to stay in Columbia!
