About us:

The Nest is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Indiana. It is a charming 1900's home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a large living area and outdoor seating space. It is ideal for entertaining or for relaxing on a getaway. Enjoy everything Nashville has to offer from unique shops to a hike through Brown County State Park or to the local distillery and brewery. The Nest is sure to fit your needs for whatever draws you to Nashville.

This is a great place to stay especially if you want to do a lot of shopping in Nashville. It is within walking distance to all the shops and it was nice not having to worry about parking in town. The house was very nice and clean and was a very comfortable place to stay.

Amazing home with an excellent location. Easy walk to coffee places, restaurants, and shops. Property sits back a bit from the main drag- so it does feel like you have some privacy. Pictures are accurate. Cozy feel. Plenty of space to work a puzzle or play games. We loved the coffee bar! I would highly recommend this home for your next getaway!

This house was perfect for our relaxing Bachelorette party! The house itself is so charming and cute! The main living space was great to hangout, and the deck outside was perfect for sitting and chatting together. We also loved the location in that we could walk to most places we wanted to go, and anything else was only a short drive away. We loved it!

We had a good stay all except for the power being out for hours and canceling our show. Not your fault but it was the reason for the trip. We had a good time and enjoyed the Nest.

This is the seventh year (I think) that we have stayed at the Nest for our annual's girls trip. The house is wonderful. It's roomy, comfortable and clean. David is always attentive to our requests.
